Okay, so as an element to to think we should have wolves who can control emotions. Now I don't one how closely related that is to soul but basically they could feel and manipulate the feelings of the wolves around them. And as for a pack idea if any of you have ever read Eragon which is my favorite book ever then you'll understand what I mean when I say a city inside the mountain. In the book it basically has a city build entirely out of rock and the way of light are these magical torches and a giant hole all the wary up to the top of the mountain.
