New Wolf Era

Dezera

Acid pooled at her paws as she grew ready to pounce, it would be hard to leap over the armor wolf due to her size and doubled up metal giving her protection. She'd have to think back to her training with her mentor. As the armor wolf leaped, Dezera opened her mouth to let acid fly out at the wolf's face. Time for her to be blind.

But most of it would probably just graze her, as Amari moved to the side to finish her attack. The wind got knocked out of her as Dezera felt the blow to the side, sending her hard into the snow. Normally, Dezera wouldn't be able to bounce back easily and rebuttal but the lack of food to give her energy made getting up that much harder. As darkness soon started to go around her based on the reptilian wolf, Dezera didn't mind it as she was used to Akemi's, even if she freaked out by the darkness a lot.

Dezera struggled to get up to her paws. She glanced over to Kodi, watching as he was caught and seemingly blinded. Stop struggling, she wanted to shout at him, but he wasn't trained to be in these type of situations. Feeling weak still from Amari's blow, Dezera took a step forward to pounce but faltered and fell to the ground.

She would be imprisoned with Kodi.

Kuro

As the wolf was rearing close to Leonardo, he felt a sudden wind get knocked from him that made him almost fall to the ground, if it wasn't for spreading his wings out to retain balance and slow him down. The wolf made his way to the alpha's side, dipping his head to the wolf before watching as Amari was handling the violet wolf. The wolf turned his head as Leo mentioned a hidden wolf, so that was where the blast had come from. 

With a growl, "I'll bring her out." Kuro was about to walk, until he heard commotion and stopped as he noticed that it was being taken care of.

"Blind the others. You wouldn't want them to know where we've taken them inside our territory. I don't think we have to really worry about them fighting back, they don't have the energy to put up a fight by the looks of it." Kuro stated, looking to his alpha.

Mercutio

Watching as Kianna took to the advice and dragged her friend off, Mercutio transformed into the black eagle once more and took to the skies again. Noticing as all the wolves seemed to be inside or heading that way, feeling less concerned with his pack. Mercutio dropped down to the ground, transforming into a black panther as he flew on the outskirts of the field where the action was taking place. It seemed they were getting it all taken care of, but he did notice a black wolf with golden markings in the leafless tree of winter.

Mercutio smirked on his handsome face before allowing his body to transform into a black panther, the spots where he held his red markings had transformed into red spots, mimicking his infamous marks. Mercutio silently climbed up the tree behind Karasu, shifting his body around as he slunk from branch to branch. As he grew close, Mercutio watched her silently for a moment, wondering if she had caught on to his presence. 

Mercutio had to admit, she was a looker. Shame he'd have to take her down. Without further hesitation, Mercutio bunched up his muscles and pounced from his branch onto her. Hoping to knock her out of the tree and roll with him out, as she wasn't too far up in the tree to sustain a terrible injury.

Karasu

The vision taken from Karasu's eyes was throwing her off, and she was reluctant to trust this male. Considering his voice pressed into her ears, and it was the same sonic figure she had felt from the panther, Karasu immediately connected the two as the male being a shape-shifter. She looked right at him, even though she was blind. Her hearing was enhanced and it was as though she could see through her ears. 

"How can I trust you, scum." She growled under her breath, tail whipping back and fourth as her head traveled, staring at each wolf as her feet twitched, feeling their movements with her ears and the vibrations in the ground. It was as though her senses were enhancing even more without having her sight, like a fight or flight reaction. She didn't dare move, unable to tell where trees were or rocks, only able to see what created sound.

Leonardo

The male approached his brothers side, looking to the group carefully. "Three wolves. Are we sure there aren't more?" He mumbled. Turning to the sound of Kuro, Leonardo glanced to Mercutio before back to Kuro. He didn't want to say anything these wolves could use to their advantage, so he spoke in a vague voice.

"Bring them to an enclosure of which has one opening, that you can guard. Bring them there. Guide them carefully, Amari, you shall assist with this. They are blind, no need to harm them otherwise, unless they choose to act up." Leonardo said, in a threatening tone. It wasn't too intimidating, by the slight shake in his voice from the adrenaline and nerves he had of the whole outrage, but he was being as strong as he could. He turned to his brother, allowing him to speak his mind or object to his idea, for they were a team and he knew his brother had great ideas as well.

Amari

The female made her way to Kuro's side, listening carefully to the Alpha's. She noticed Leonardo turn to Mercutio, so before she set out with Kuro she awaited to see if he too, had anything to say. Amari stood tall and proud, feeling good about her Alpha's compliments, and as though she was on top of the world, for the slightest moment. Living in the glory of the training she had received.

Mercutio

The male brought his black muzzle close to Karasu's left ear as he quietly growled into it. It was audible enough to others around him, as it was no secret. "Because I didn't kill you when I had the perfect opportunity." Mercutio raised his head back up, then roughly ordered her. "Now, get up. You're moving."

At his brother's question, he looked sternly at them. "Brother, look at them. Ronoh is stupid, but not stupid enough to send all their wolves over here. Are they all this scrawny and dull looking? Besides, if there where any wolves left. I bet you a deer's leg that they ran off back to Ronoh with their tail tucked underneath them. They'll figure it out eventually." He stared his brother down, quickly indicating he'd talk more once they were held captive in a den.

"Kuro, I shall visit them for further questioning later. Try to discreetly move them to the den, I don't want to further worry the pack by having enemies amongst them. We'll inform them about this later."

Kurosutora

"As you wish, alphas." He simply stated, lashing his tail back and forth. He turned back and walked toward Kodi, giving him a shove forward. "Move."  He turned and looked at Dezera, she had quite the build for a female, he snapped at her legs. "You too." The violet female reacted by swinging her head around with a mock snap, which caused Kuro to bash a wing across her muzzle.

Rising from his fur, a shadowy mist formed around them that expanded out around the prisoners. "Amari, you take the lead."

Karasu

The male caught her by no surprise as he whispered into her hear, flicking her ear as she was extra sensitive, even if he was quiet. At the comment about being weak and pathetic, Karasu brought herself to her feet, and followed the sound of the foot steps. Purposely, she made herself walk by the mysterious, and annoying Alpha that had been messing with her, and thrusted her hip into his as she made her way past him, attempting to catch him off guard and show him she wasn't weak, nor pathetic. She turned and stared him right into the eyes, even if she couldn't see.

"You'll eat those words." She muttered, her breath carrying through the wind to his ears. Showing her teeth, she turned and lowered her head, conserving all energy as she walked slowly, following the wolf in the lead by vibrations.

Leonardo

The male nodded to Mercutio, his ears twisting as he was taking in all of his surroundings, listening carefully and assuring himself that these wolves were indeed, captured. He didn't want any pulling any tricks. As the female attempted to bash into his brother, his eyebrows grew stern and he let out a growl, attempting to threaten her, even though it was so much as useless at this point. 

"I agree." He said, silently.

"What next though?" He asked, as the wolves disappeared off towards their new prison.

Amari

The female nodded to Kuro, allowing him to take the rear and use the shadows to his advantage. He always had such brilliant ideas, and she admired that. Giving him a look, she waited for him to be ready before heading off towards her cave. It would be a good spot, ever since her father passed it was always deserted, and since she typically stayed in the healers den anyways, she knew no one would be there.

Zumi

The male reached a paw out and pressed it in front of Nora, as if to motion not to go in. It seemed as though they hadn't heard them, and were speaking of death. Zumi could tell by the colors emitting from the den, the powerful emotions taking over their souls. 

"Now is a bad time." Zumi whispered, dropping the kill at the front of the den. 

"They will find the food. Let's give them some space." He let out a sigh, looking to Nora. The pain was evident in his eyes, hurting from other wolves souls.

Mizuki

Her head was turned and she was listening, silently. She didn't have anything to say, it was all too much to handle. It felt like just yesterday, the two had become mates. Why did such terrible news have to bare this new found family? She nodded her head silently. There was no happiness. Only pain, from this point. How could she be happy to go? To leave her new family, to miss out on so much of her pups lives. Mizuki looked over to the two bundles of joy. How would they grow without a mother? Would they have emotional problems? She looked to the ground, remembering how hard it was on Eziek to never have a father, and now they wouldn't have a mother. She wished she could help. There was so much she wanted to say, to tell Eziek how much he meant to her, to cuddle up to him and nuzzle him like a mother would. To comfort him. But her body was frozen, and she didn't feel anything but a tingle across her paws. She didn't know how to react to such news, and her head dropped to the ground, carelessly. She closed her eyes, trying to take it all in as she attempted to hold back her tears, not wanting the pups to worry.

Eva O'Glan

She looked to her brother, then to the black bug. A squeal left her throat and she jumped, pawing the ground repetitively, left right left right left right left, her paws swinging at the ground as she tried to grab the bug, squirming her rear legs to keep up with it. After constant swings and utter failure, she turned as her brother had said something about a smell.

She walked over to him and sniffed right where his nose was, thinking the smell was where he was.

"I 'unno." She shrugged. "Shmells..." She thought for a minute, and then it hit her. Her eyes lit up and she nodded. "Goooooood"

Eziek O'Glan

Feeling overwhelmed with the sadness that was surrounding him, Eziek swallowed hard. Maybe some fresh air would be good, to help ease him up. Besides, he was sure the pups wouldn't want to cooped up in the den either. Watching Mizuki barely move as her expression of sadness deepened into a zombie-like mode. 

"Mizzy, thank you for watching them. I'll let you rest." He lowered his head to push against her shoulder in comfort. Also as a sly move to make sure the shock hadn't overworked her heart and pushed it into an attack. Thankfully, she was still breathing. Now he was worried that she'd be the next to pass soon.

Eziek stood up and started to walk toward the den, noticing the fresh meal. He grabbed part of it and placed it at Mizuki's paws. "In case you get hungry." He himself had to appetite at all.

"Eva. Erie. Come on. Your dad's taking you out to explore outside and eat." Eziek ushered with his voice, before walking outside into the night sky now. It looked so at peace with all the stars twinkling. His eyes shone for a moment before turning to make sure his young were coming.

Erie O'Glan

"Berry Good!" Erie barked, bouncing up and down in place. He was about to look around for it, until the large green wolf dropped some near Mizuki. Then he called their names, and used the father term again. Noticing him walk outside, Erie looked to his sister in reassurance. Should they follow? It was dark outside, but they'd would be safe near their father. Right?

Erie pushed forward a few steps to poke his head out of the den, staying put with half of himself inside and the other half out. It was much colder outside, but the world looked so wide and large. Nothing like the confides of their own den.

Mercutio

Lifting an eyebrow as he watched Leo go into a silent howl. His ears turned around as if he was hearing something, but nothing audible came into his ears. "What are you doing?" He asked, in an odd tone. He was teasing his brother, even though he knew Leo was probably doing something sensible.

Upon cue, it appeared Tyson came soon enough. Whatever Leo did, it seemed to bring the beta to them. Unless that was just a coincidence. "Glad you came, as beta, we need some advice and to inform you. Hopefully, you can give us some insight."

Mercutio went on to explain exactly what happened, very close to detail as he could and would allow his brother to fill in the parts that he wasn't available for. "...We have three as hostages from Ronoh. Since it's late, I'll probably approach in the morning to check on them. Question them on why they're here. I want you to be full alert and make sure if any wolves discover what happened, to ease them the best you can." He ended with before shifting to look at Leonardo for him to add into it.

Kurosutora

As they made their way toward the den of the late Eli, Kuro sniffed around and could still smell the faint scent of him. This would do nicely, big enough for the lot, but closed off to provide a solitude. Noticing Amari's sudden aggression toward the silver male near the den. He was taken aback, but the surprise wore off instantly. He didn't mind the roughness, the alphas put them in charge for the moment of them. Though, he wouldn't allow Amari to push it too far to injure them, since that was the exact opposite that Alpha Leonardo wanted.

"In the den. Separate walls. Violet to the left, Silver to the right, and black to the back. No moving from that spot." Kuro ordered, shoving Dezera forward before Karasu. He growled as they passed, allowing his cool wisps to brush up against the females before he turned toward Amari. "We'll have first watch. I can grab some food for you to feed on since it'll be a long night. Besides, doesn't a good rabbit sound good?" He asked, taunting the wolves as he knew they were hell-bent starving.

He suddenly snarled as he noticed the violet female was walking toward the right, where Kodi was going to be put. He pushed his way and shoved Dezera violently to the left, causing her to be thrown to the ground on her side of the wall. "I said left for you."

Dezera

Silently walking on through the field, she felt slightly comforted by the shadows that the wolf was projecting. It was as if Akemi was nearby her, when suddenly she grew angry at herself on that account. She shouldn't be missing him, but pissed at him. Hearing Karasu try to comfort the group, Dezera had to give her props but they were broken. Dezera would fight to escape, but it would fare very difficult. Being somewhere in a foreign pack, weak with starvation, and have their heads posted on a wanted ad. Dezera wasn't hopeless, no she was hopeful in an odd realistic manner. She would just need her sight back to help aid her again.

A few times, she bumped into Karasu and then Kodi as she walked on. As they were haulted, Dezera sniffed the air trying to detect something. Hearing Amari shove one of the wolves, Dezera's ears flattened and she let out a silent growl.

Confused at the dark wolf named Kurosutora's orders on going left and right, Dezera stood still for a moment before feeling him shove her forward. She didn't know where to go. What was violet? She only knew of the world in gray scale so she identified herself with silver. So, to the right...right?

Dezera knew she made the wrong decision as she was thrown away and against the wall. Her legs buckled and she let out a yelp as she was caught off guard. Shuffling to her side of the den, Dezera pushed herself upright to sit straight. Acting as if nothing happened and giving off a defiant stare.

Leonardo & Tyson

The male listened intently as the Alpha spoke, his time converting this play out through vision, as he watched the story unroll from Mercutio and Leonardo's memory.

"Well, as a time wolf, it would only be right to examine their memories, no?" Tyson asked, wondering if that was too invasive of an approach, or exactly what they were going for. "No easier way to find out, than to see exactly what their memories say. Then they can't lie." Tyson explained. "It would take a lot of effort to force it out of someone, I would have to focus on one wolf per day." Tyson explained. "So we would only hope to get the right memory, from the right wolf. Which one seems to be the leader?" He asked, making mental notes in his head about the whole episode. It was quite an adrenaline rush, he had to admit.

Leonardo listened carefully, enjoying the insight this Beta had to offer. He had a wise plan, but Leonardo wasn't sure if his brother was up for it. "That sounds good to me. What do you think, Mercutio?" Leo asked, his head tilting slightly to the side. He couldn't help but feel a tinge of guilt for the three wolves. He was overly sensitive like always, and the younger one seemed so scared at first.

Amari

ooc: Kammi, did you misread? Amari attempted to toss Kodi into the cave, idk if you missed it or not, just letting you know. I'll hold off on her post in case you'd like to change yours, I don't really know how to respond right now lol

Karasu

The female's teeth were bared, especially at the sound of others being tossed around. She didn't like it, not one bit. And if she needed too, she'd sonic boom the **** out of anyone that touched her next. Walking straight, Karasu sat in the males desired position, reaching her paws out as far as she could until she felt the wall, not wanting to crash into it. What, did these stupid wolves think she could see? God damn, they were retarded. Sitting and facing the wall, Karasu took a moment to breath, deeply. She needed to mentally make a plan, and figure out what to do next. But how would she, without speaking to her pack mates? Oh, what would her father do at a time like this.

Zumi

The male followed after Nora, giving the family some space to themselves. It seemed that Nora was very pleased about the grass being back, and he wasn't going to lie, it was an uplifting feeling. He sat down and watched her play in the grass, a smile spread across his face. "I'm not sure, Nora. It's actually quite late, we should probably head to bed sooner than later." He looked up to the sky, it seemed that the first star was shining, brighter than normal. The star that floated by Zumi's side danced away, and Zumi flicked it comfortingly with his tail, feeling Harley leap up and nuzzle into his back neck fur.

Mercutio

The black wolf watched the beta for a moment, quite impressed with the method. "Can you target memories in particular? I worry you'll use all your strength in getting useless data." He shrugged at Tyson, not really knowing who was the leader. "I want to say it's the violet wolf by her aggression, yet I think it's the black wolf that I took down. She seemed to be the one planning up in the tree while the other's did her work."

Mercutio shifted in place to think for a moment, it was a tough moment right now. Thinking what would be the best route, he wished it came easily as it seemed to when his father would. Mercutio remembered watching his father, so quick on his thoughts about what to do. They always seemed to turn exactly the ideal outcome.

"All we know right now, the bare facts, is that these Ronoh wolves have invaded our pack and tried stealing our prey among our lands. They need to be punished one way or another. We just don't know why or how long, and need to figure this out."

Mercutio looked to the dawn sky before looking to Leo, "We need to teach them a lesson."

Catorii

The female opened her eyes, the blurriness of the world trying to focus, but failing. Catorii blinked, yet again, trying to see her love but only seeing a red, blurry outline. Her eyes seemed to be cloudy, an effect of her elderly age. She was forming cataracts. It wasn't bad enough to keep her from being mobile, but she definitely didn't like it.

"I am." She said, her eyes looking right at Zorr, or, what she could make out of him. She reached her legs out, pushing them as she forced herself to stretch, before bringing herself to her feet. She shook her coat out, white hair speckled across her coat. She was losing her bright red hue, and was looking more of a pinkish lately, from the mixture of white that was settling in. She smiled at Zorr, walking to his side, wrapping her tail around his. "How is my handsome this evening?" She asked, still able to see that it was dark out, possibly late in the night. Due to the fact that all they did was sleep anymore, she was more than happy to awaken.

Leonardo & Tyson

Both males nodded in agreement to Mercutio's words, Leonardo turned next to Tyson as he opened his mouth to speak yet again.

"My time element prevents me from choosing exactly when, but I can replay memories of a certain time period. We just have to hope they had spoken about this plan in the past week or so, otherwise, they would have to personally choose the memory. I can only dig so far back unwillingly." Tyson admitted. 

Leonardo nodded at him. "So, you're saying that if they haven't spoken of their reasoning of being here in the past week, what you learn will be useless?"

"Unless they willingly think about it, or we force them to remember the reasonings, like a lie detector, then yes." Tyson said. "It will take a lot of mind games, for sure."

Leonardo nodded his head, looking to Mercutio. "I agree, brother. Let's let them sit for tonight. We will keep a patrol on the pack, I'll take the first shift. You go check on the other members, see if they've seen anything." Leonardo offered, not sure if it was a good idea, but he worried that they may have not caught the whole group, and perhaps one had ran off to Ronoh to share the kidnapping news.

Zorr

Zorr couldn't hear quite as well as it came quieter, but by the way she looked at him and got up. He took it as a yes, his tail limply wagged as he was happy to have a companion. His body felt that familiar warm, butterfly feeling as their tails wrapped around each other. He brushed the tips of his fur against her with each stiff and sore step, guiding her as he knew she was having difficulty with sight.

"One of my better days, my dear. It seems the warmer weather cleared most of the sickness. Just got this scratchy throat." Zorr replied softly, suddenly coughing to try and clear his voice. It was probably a cold, but due to age it was just continuing. He didn't quite remember what it felt like to be illness-free.

"I'm just glad to be out of the den, I love seeing the pack active. Wonder if we'll bump into one of our pups, but how much they've grown. No doubt they have their own busy agenda." He limped on toward a body of water. He lowered his head and sipped on the cool water, it was so refreshing.

Mercutio

The black wolf listened to the concerns of Leonardo and Tyson explaining. It sounded pretty tricky, but it was better than nothing. They'd have to get this over with quickly, the longer they waited the quicker those memories would vanish. Mercutio nodded to his brother, "I'll see to the pack." Mercutio was glad that Leonardo was taking the first patrol around. He was much lighter on his feet and could hear any wolves hiding that Mercutio could never detect.

"We will come back together when we have found more information. Tyson, you may be dismissed for the night. I'll see you by the den in the morning." Mercutio turned away from his beta and partner and walked off. His red eyes glancing about cautiously until he made his way farther inside the packlands. It looked as if a few wolves were out and about.

The new green wolf was with is pups, they looked to be adapting well despite the loss. Traveling farther, he noticed that his cousin and the healer were playing together. "Zumi, Nora." He called a familiar greeting before padding toward them. He wanted to have a quick catchup with each of them. They seemed to have been growing close the past few months, it appeared.

Catorii

Her ears lowered as she heard the news of his scratchy throat. She shook her head slowly, and watched as he lowered his lips to the cool water. "That should help, my dear." She nodded, lifting her tail to brush her love's neck, heating his throat up as though the warmth would subdue the pain. Her ears continued to twitch as she tried her best to listen to the world, it seemed as though it grew quieter with age.

Lowering herself, Catorii found it difficult to drink from the water without laying down. Her neck was stiff and it was hard to bend so lowly, so she lowered herself, her chest sizzling as the waters edge would splash up against her every now and then, lowering her own head for a drink for herself. She closed her eyes, blinking for some time, before looking at the fish.

If it were years ago, the desire to snatch herself a quick snack would be inevitable. She was never able to resist the thrill of hunting, even though she wasn't the best at it. Her head turned, looking over to Zorr. She didn't have much to say, mostly just full of thoughts as she admired the grey hinted wolf.

Leonardo & Tyson

Leonardo and Tyson both nodded at the Alpha as he spoke. "Sounds like a plan." Leonardo spoke first. He stood and took his leave, heading back to walk towards the meadow to inspect the lands. He walked diligently, his head held high and his steps carefully leading himself in a certain path, covering all land. He was listening, for anything. Alert, and ready, Leonardo attempted to hide the fear he felt within, always feeling as though he was being watched.

"You're an Alpha. Stay strong. Be wise. Be ready." Leonardo said, whispering to himself, over and over as though he was giving himself positive reinforcement. That everything would be okay. They had the upper hand, right?

Tyson nodded his head to the group, watching as both Alphas walked away. He wondered when he was supposed to take the idea into action, since both wolves seemed to have their own plans. The alpha had mentioned morning, perhaps that would be the time.

Deciding it would be best to get a sneak peak and sleep near the den to intervene with the captives dreams, Tyson made his way towards the hostages. He laid down near the den, noticing Amari and Kuro not too far off. They seemed like great warriors that shined with Sera pride.

Zorr

Zorr let his breath escape his lips as his long-time mate caressed his throat and warmed it up. The heat felt good since his own seemed to be dwindling down. Zorr wondered if his own helper's age was catching up the black eagle, making his own elemenetal powers start to dampen. Zorr knew that if his helper's time was up, he would give himself a day before Zorr followed suit. He wouldn't have the strength to carry on without his helper.

Zorr looked longingly over to Catorii, he equally didn't know what he would do without her around. As she laid down to drink, Zorr lowered himself with a grunt. His arthritic joints crying out in pain, but it was better than standing up. He snuggled up besides her, not a big fan of being near water in his old age.

"I remember the first time I met you, I thought you were so beautiful that I didn't even care you came from Ronoh. You had such a feisty attitude and love for life. I think that's why I fell hard for you. I know Artemis was trying to win my favor, but the whole time I just had eyes for you."

Catorii

Her ears twitched as she listened, her heart quickening its pace as she heard the sweet voice of her mate, telling her how beautiful she was and how much he felt for her. "I am very lucky to have caught such a handsome wolves eye." She grinned at him, flicking her tail as though she was still attempting to show she had a little bit of flirt in herself. 

"You took my breath away." She said, "I am lucky that I could do the same for you. Remember when I taught you to dance, oh, you still have two left paws." She grinned, leaning over slowly to nudge him, giving him a quick lick on the cheek before gazing into his eyes, and lowering her head to rest them on his paws. She let out a quiet, happy content sigh.

Zorr

At her teasing flirt, Zorr barely attempted to nip at her ear. He wasn't quick enough to make it sly or by surprise. He felt himself start to shake, a sudden chill had run down his spine. "I still cannot believe to this day how you got me to dance. I don't think anyone would ever expect that." He gave a throaty chuckle after his coughing fit. "At least Leo and Kianna managed to escape their father's dance moves. Mercutio wasn't so lucky." Hopefully, their traditional dance would be carried down the pack's lines and be embraced for generations.

He gingerly dropped his head down, allowing his chin to rest on his chest while he groomed the top of Catorii's head every so often. It was a peaceful evening, with the coming sunrise starting to show through the tops of the trees. Thus causing a shimmering reflection down by the lake.

Zorr

He couldn't quite hear certain notes of Catorii's melody that she hummed, filling in the blanks with his mind from memories long ago. He hadn't noticed that she got quiet until he turned his head, gazing at her and her old face looked even older. 

"Death? I was, once a long time ago. I've come to accept my fate, just as I'm sure a small rabbit does when we chase them down and it can feel our breath on it's neck." He replied, his voice cracking here and there. "I just know that I want to be besides you when it happens, with the pups around. My little family." 

Zorr nuzzled her head, lifting her chin up with his warm nose. "Speaking of the young ones, I feel like we should check up on our little Kianna. Erie O'Glan

Chasing after his sister gleefully, Erie pranced in his usual elegant manner as he was growing more accustomed to his long legs. His body was still slender, giving him a scrawny appearance at such a young age still. The water was calling towards him, just looking at it, it was like home to the pup. It was a strange, drawing feeling. Glancing behind, noticing that his father was keeping up and always having an overprotective eye over the duo. Erie didn't mind, it was good to know that no matter where he went. His papa was there to save the day and protect him.

Erie slowed down as he came across the shoreline, letting his paws sink in the sand. Sniffing at it, he already loved the sinking feeling that came with this sandy ground. He turned his head, giving a smile off to Eva and thumping his tail on the sand. 

"Look! Pretty Rock!" Erie exclaimed, jumping around in place while pointing over at a red and black striped rock. It didn't look like any rock that he had seen, it was uniform and had odd coloring. 

Karasu

Her eyes locked on Mercutio. Even though she couldn't see, she could hear and feel every little movement he made. His breath

 Blinking. Stepping. Looking. Moving. Karasu took it all in. Male, the alpha from earlier. His voice began and it sent chills down her spine. She let her lips raise, but she didn't dare answer him

 She was too loyal to her alpha. "What makes you think that?" She scoffed under her breath, buying herself time. Mommy would be here soon

 She just had to be.

Mercutio & Dezera

"It was more of a toss up between you or the other female. She seemed more like the brute force instead of the logical one, the one hiding in the tree and watching." Mercutio responded, almost nonchalantly. His ears flickered, hearing a rustling from the other side along with a growl. 

"Sera wolves are so c*cky." Dezera replied, shifting her position as she listened to the conversation nearby the small den. "Too bad you should have went with your first damn instincts. I led them and I will lead them straight out this den as easy as I did into these ill-protected lands." 

Dezera would take the blame. She didn't care at this point, it was pure pride. Along with the knowledge that she'd shine better in Lupita's eyes. That beta position would be her's after her mother's. She would make sure of it, just so she could shove it into those that doubted her ability. 

Mercutio rounded on Dezera in a single, swift motion. He lashed out at her with his fangs, catching her shoulder and ripping a chunk of fur out. The violet wolf didn't bug, didn't move. She wouldn't show anything.

"Keep your jaws shut before I permanently do. Wait until I address you, Ronoh filth." Mercutio shoved her against the den wall before turning back to Karasu. 

"Speak. Why are you here?"

Zorr

"Lead the way, beautiful." Zorr allowed a small flare to bounce off his tail and onto Catorii's once there tails intertwined again. He already knew his daughter would almost be identical to his mate. He could just see it when she was a pup. He just wished that they had Kianna sooner, so he could chase off all the suitors that came after her. 

"It's odd thinking about all the pups being adults, taking care of us. I wonder how the other elder wolves are doing. Seems they're all sleeping more and more." He joked, knowing that was the full truth. He did wonder about Artemis, she had fallen into a different mental state, and it didn't look good. 

Eva O'Glan

The pink wolf gazed at the turtle, her eyes seemingly watching it, but something had caught her eye behind it. As her father picked it up her tail began to wag, but it stopped shortly after as a bird swooped in, attempting to grab the turtle And fly off with it. Eva's ears pointed back and she raied a paw, pointing towards the seagull. "No! Stop!" She shouted, a vine shooting from her paws and reaching out to grab the turtle, which had turned out to be too heavy for the seagull and he easily dropped it. The seagull seemed baffled, swooping back and landing near the wolves. "And who do you think you are to steal my- oh!" She stopped, shaking out her feathers for a moment.

"Why, those eyes. That fur.. You are so beautiful. Just as I imagined." Bella smiled, her skinny legs moving swiftly beneath her feathery body as she made her way towards Eva. "Where are my mannors? My name is Bella. And it is awefully nice to meet you, Eva. I have been waiting for this day a very, very long time."

Eva just stared at the thing. Her head ****ed to the side and she looked to her dad for guidance. "Dad?" She couldn't seem to spit out the words, confused by everything, especially her random ability of the earth element.
