The strong, silver wolf stood amongst the edge of his new pack. He felt a surge of pride coarse through his veins at the prospect of raising a pack up once more to great, new heights. A smirk was planted firmly on his face. He rubbed his body against a few trees nearby, marking his territory. "I declare that this land shall now belong to Inferno Pack." The new alpha announced, taking a few strides forward to go see the rest of his pack. He would expect his new beta to follow besides him, so Xavier never looked back once. Monte was scrabbling besides his wolf, sniffing and growling as he could scent the ruminants of death of prey that were around here. A few ravens looked to be sitting on the barn farther away, no doubt they would be searching for food near it.
This land had much to offer despite how decrepit it seemed. Soon, this pack would be grand and feared amongst the others. He was Xavier Valkyrie III and he would reign once again.
The bat pears up from their hiding spot, him being the eyes and his wolf being the transport and whispers down "Its a new pack... I wonder how many others there are?" His wolf just shrugs as they continue looking on.
The small tasmanian devil stopped as he was scuffling around. His eyes started blazing as he caught a scent of a bat and wolf. He turned around to go investigate, spinning in big circles and in a maze-like manner until he came across the red wolf and a his helper. Xavier's helper snarled, bearing it's fangs and gripping the ground from attacking the wolf in a flurry.
Xavier finally decided to stop and wait for Medusa, figuring it would be best to see the pack with his beta. However, something didn't seem right and the wolf brought his hackles up. He had enough experience to know when he was being watched for it always gave him the itching feeling. "I sense a presence," He murmured to himself and if Medusa was nearby, surely she would've heard him aswell.
Darivon, knew when the odd creature came near him and easily dodged before it touched him and just stared at it. Soven gave off a small screech "You can't touch my wolf, you smelly creature." the large bat floated up into the air ready to attack when it deicded to again.
It sent chills down her spine in excitement as the male announced that this was the new Inferno pack.. Her new home. She raised her eyebrows at the beautiful worn down area, which would strike others as a mess. She grinned as she pranced along side of her new friend, who was now known as an Alpha. "Well then. This seems rather humble." She giggled. Cheer was brought in her life at this new exciting moment. "Wha?--" She clicked back into reality as her 'Alpha' had spoke. "A prescense? Already?" She stood and smiled, "My, we are quite popular already, no?" She turned to look around, wondering if it were to be an intrudor, or a friend.
The large wolf had been wandering for sometime now and suddenly smelled fresh markings. He carried on into this territory he had never seen before with his ears and tail held high. He wanted to see what this pack was made of beofre anything. He didn't need to join a weak pack. Vierro had no problem making himself noticed he let out his musky scent that drew females closer and warned males. Oh how he loved being an acid wolf.
She sniffed the air and her tail twitched at the familiar scent of Acid.
"We have another visitor, my lord." Medusa quickly bowed to her Alpha, then ran off in the direction of the new comer. She half couldn't resist her favorite smell, and was half curious to know and meet another Acid wolf. But she wouldn't be fooled by the scent, she stood her ground and glared into the darkness of the night.
"Who dares to cross the borders of Inferno with no warning?" She growled, tail still twitching from the strong scent of Acid as she stared Vierro in his glowing eyes.
Xavier's helper, Monte, had raised his hackles up and continued to let out a menacing growl. He was quite proud of himself as the wolf seemed to flinch at his growling for he hadn't moved from his spot. The tasmanian devil looked up at a bat took to the air. "Trespassers." He snarled, squaring himself off. He looked up at the bat, his tongue swiping his lips as he looked like a delicious meal.
Xavier let out an amused snort as Medusa seemed overly thrilled of the new pack. He wouldn't discourage that enthusiasm, however. Then, as an acidic smell arrived through his nostrils. He stomped the ground, another one. My, my, Medusa was correct, they were growing popular. It was almost as if the gods had willed them to create such a strong pack. He didn't even have to ask for his beta to see to it, for she already was going to. Nodding contemptly to himself, Xavier felt he had allowed Medusa a nice rank. The large metal wolf walked off, his paws strides were strong, as he went over to hunt out the first one.
The male didn't move but that was just how he was. Before he smelled the acidic smell he had felt another wolf moving somewhere off further from them, then the female had gone towards the smell. The big one was still in the same spot. He looked at the back at the growling creature"What is it?" he asked Soven in his usual monotone voice.
"Tasmanian Devil, I believe. Nasty critters but, they aren't too bright." he said as the tasmanian looked hungrily at him. He may be a large fruit bat but that doesn't he can't fight.
The small tasmanian devil beared his fangs and his fur bristled up, causing him to almost bounce in place in a growing temper. "And bats make tasty meals." He shot back, twitching his black nose to breathe in the scents.
The Alpha of Inferno suddenly appeared right behind Monte. His eyes narrowed into slits and Xavier went into a dominant stance. His tail was lifted well high, his ears forward and his eyes challenging. His head raised high but holding a snarl in place. His metallic claws molded over to sharpen itself into metal-like daggers. "State your business on Inferno pack territory, intruder, before I personally make sure you never step foot inside these lines once more." He threatened, whipping his tail back and forth.
He stands not afraid by this intimidating and much bigger wolf and stares at him half closed bored looking eyes"Curious." he monotonely says and the bat above him winces as that was most likely not really the reason this alpha wanted.
He stepped forward out of the shadows and took in this females appearance with a look of indifference but inside he was thinking how magnificent she was. He grinned and walked up to her his fur swirling his scent though the air and said "Vierro." he stood taller than her so he looked down at her his green eyes practically glowing.
Although this male stood taller than she, the female avoided the strong acid scent that wanted to lure her in, and she held her stance strong, pushing forward as if to make the male step backwards. "Vierro, nice to meet you," She said, in almost a charming, yet fearful way. "And why must you pass the lines of Inferno pack? What is your business here?" She asked, "If you could be so kind to tell me... Vierro..." Her last words clicked off of her tounge in a flirt, and she reached over to touch the male ever so slightly on the side. She'd figure him out, one way or another.
He grinned said "To possibly join this pack, I wanted to see what this place was made of first."He ****ed an eyebrow at her with a slight smile. "And what is your name my dear?"
"Join, huh? Think you're tough enough? This isn't your average every day pack." Medusa allowed her head to rise in pure rank meanings. "My name? Well, that will become more important to you, after I find out more about yourself. Do tell, my dear." She mocked his words, spitting acid at his feet, although she knew it posed no threat since he posessed the same powers. "Why do you think you'd make the cut for a place like this?" Her eyes glared at him, her act of flirtation obviously gone. She was the Beta, and would show her rank by pure force, if she had too.
Vierro grinned and smiled at the acid and dug his claws into the soil injecting acid into the ground. The smell of rotting vegitaion rose from the ground as a four foot radius of plans wilted from the acid. "I don't think so I know so." his eyes narrowed at her sudden display of power. 'This is why females shouldn't be high ranking unless it's a mate to a male.' he thought. "I grew up in rough packs. This is how I was raised. "
A glint of excitment seemed to glimmer in her eye as she gave a menacing grin to the male. "Oh, really now?" She said, tail flicking as she spoke. "Well, if you think your tough ****, let's find out for sure." Her hackles rose, and she lifted her maw in a call to Xavier. "Alphas call, sport. Not mine." She said as her head lowered and glared at the male before him once again. This should be interesting.
"Ever heard the saying, Curiousity killed the cat." Xavier sneered venomously. "It would be best to state your business right this instant or leave at once." The metal alpha repeated once more, his patience was growing thin and the large wolf took a few steps forward so his muzzle was coming closer to the loner's face. His ears gave a single flicker as he noticed Medusa's howl ring out, bidding him to come over to where she was with another wolf. He'd be there when he would get there, no doubt she didn't seem to be in a rush. First, he had to deal with this pest.
The wolf held his stance but lowered his tail and ears because he k ew if he ever wanted to get accepted he would need to unbend his pride. Veneno slithers over his back and looks out over the top of his wolfs head tasteing the air. Vierro began to grow impatiant as this alpha didn't seem to be in any big rush.
"If I don't see you off this land by the time I come back, you will be shredded. Got it?" He snapped, his teeth clicking right in front of the wolf's nose. Xavier raised his head and turned around, his tail formed into a sharp metal and whipped it at the loner to give off a warning. He would attack and shouldn't be taken lightly. Xavier gave a sniff before bounding off toward Medusa's howl.
Xavier noticed his white beta before another white male in front of Medusa. His eyes gave off a metallic glint before approuching. "What do we have here?" He asked in a sliding, cold voice. A side-way smirk appeared as Xavier looked the new wolf up and down. "What is his business here, Medusa." He asked sternly, figuring that this acidic wolf wanted to join the pack. Otherwise, he was sure Medusa would've handled it and not have howled for him.
The wolf stood shaking his fur and watched the alpha, he could speak for himself. He shot a sharp look at Medusa then answered for himself "I want to join this pack." He stepped past Medusa and lowered his ears and tail for respect but his eyes stayed bright with defiance.
The alpha turned his attention back towards the newcomer. "Join Inferno? You sure you have what it takes?" He seethed, preening forward as the wolf went into a submissive stance. He was quite impressed, there was a defience in him, looking as if he could prove himself by the look he had give Medusa. However, this wolf seemed to have known his place as he went into the submissive pose. He would probably make a nice new addition to the pack.
Vierro grinned and said "Positive." He had confidance in himself and wasn't sure this pack would be much different than ones he's delt with before. He knew he had what it took and hopfully this alpha saw that.
Xavier watched the wolf carefully, twitching his nose once to the side before flickering his tail. "Overconfident aren't we." He chuckled, shaking his head. "What do you have to offer Inferno? I don't want some lame wolf sulking around and taking advantage of the all the pack's work. Can you fight without regret? Something to make the pack stronger for days to come?" He asked, sternly. His face skewed into a business-like appearence. For he was seriously considering letting this wolf join, but he had to make sure he was tip-top for the pack.
Vierros lime green eyes practically glowed at the mention of fighing and he said "Overconfidant has never gotten me anything but the best, ad as for fighting..No problem at all." Vierro kept his eyes on the apha and gave a quick look back to Medusa. He realized immidiatly what he had missed before, although Medusa was scary she was fascinating so wolves were drawn to her but she was extreamly powerful. She could sift though weaklings like it was nothing and this made him want to be closer to her. SHe had a hidden power and hats why this alpha had her check out newcomers.
"Oh, has it?" The silver alpha mused, giving a grimacing smile. "Show me your moves, have no mercy. Fight a female. Fight her." He said, jerking his head toward Medusa. He didn't doubt that his beta was weak, far from it infact. Although, in case he was mistaken, it would definitly show him what she was made of. If death arrived to either one, well, that was a shame but it was a good way to get rid of the weak. "Either when someone gives in, or I call it off." He added, taking a few steps back. He sat down royally with a look of contempt, awaiting the show.
The wolf gave a large grin, his lack of remorse for females came into play here and Veneno slithered to the ground nervous. Vierro turned to look at Medusa and bared his teeth, venom dripping down his fangs but he knew it wouldn't kill her because she was of the same element. He moved around her watching her spikes not wanting to be implaed because although he wouldn't die from her venom it could make him sick.
Her ears flickered as her Alpha mentioned fighting her. Oh? Really? Her pupils seemed to dialate from excitement, and her tail whipped from side to side, imitating the noise of a whip. "Sounds good to me," The female said, excited that her Alpha had given her all of the fun.
"Well, what are you waiting for?" She said, watching as the male just stood there baring his teeth, "Please, don't tell me that's all you've got." she rolled her eyes, typical male, waiting for the female to make the first move as if he were being 'gentleman like' or something.
She caught his attention towards her spikes, and grinned. "Careful, they could go right though ya," she laughed in a malicious way, and shimmered her spikes under the light, by wriggling her body left and right. "Well, have at it." She stood there, in a strong stance, waiting to see what this wolf really had in him.

The wolf snarled and lunged at her, fangs aiming for her shoulder and landed off to the side of her ready to attack again, The white wolf rammed into her side hard with his shoulder meaning to throw her off balance. His bared teeth glittered violently as he appraised his own speed.
The female watched carefully as the male charged towards her. Embracing his bite, the female closed her eyes, backed up and countered his blow to knock her over. The even thrust back towards him sent her nails digging into the ground, as she tried to keep her balance.
Growling, Medusa felt blood trickle down her shouldar from the prevous bite, and she angrily whipped her tail towards the male, aimed at his rear. She knew her poison was no good inthis fight and instead was going for the sight of blood. Acid dripped from her fangs as she continued to push against him, ready to catch herself if her tail were to knock him over.
He snarled as he felt the whip of her tail bite into his flesh but held himself firm refusing to be taken off his feet, he fell silent and brought his emotions into one, no pain, and no distractons just one single goal winning, his pupils shrunk and pushed hard again towards her aiming a bite right for the back of her neck.
She felt the males pulse quicken as he was close enough and angry enough. Medusa growled back, still not trying her absolute best yet as this male seemed to be taking it almost too easy on her, biting here and there.. pushing her? She continued to hold her stance, and as the male went for a bite on her neck, she quickly lowered herself, ready for him to bite into her shouldar spikes. As she did this, she faultered. Mud, or something of that sort made her slip and fall to the ground, moving the males support aswell, clearly he would have fallen ontop of her. Quickly she raised her rear end, ready for him to fall onto her sharp spikes along her back end.
As he went for the bite he falters as his support fell and fell on top of her feeling a searing pain though his side and hissed with agony, her goddamned spikes! He could only imagian how this would feel to other elements with a lesser pain tolerance. He pried himself of her spikes and stood and shook his head "I don't know how to fits something I can't even attack." Vierro gestured to her sharp spikes that blocked almost evry key point he could hit. She was basically just as protected as an armor wolf.
The male stopped and began talking, and she just smiled. "Well, then you're little brain has to do some extra thinking. Too hard for your poor little self?" This fight wasn't over yet, according to her Alpha, and Medusa now stood and launched herself towards Vierro, ready to kill. Fangs open, she aimed for his neck.
He growled as she grabbed for his throat and he backed up but her teeth still caught the furry skin that protected his throat. He streched his neck over her head and locked his teeth at the base of her skull applying pressure hopfully going to make her loosen her grip on his neck.
Feeling his bite along her skull, pain filled through her mind and she yelped, letting go of her grip. Shaking her head back and fourth, the female broke free and backed up, glaring at him. "Would you like to continue this, or have you had enough?" Her tail whipped back and fourth, glancing at her Alpha. She liked this male, he was strong and put up a good show, but she could care for herself and wished he would go harder on her.
He gave her a cold stare and said "I told you I didn't know how to fight you you could have said enough, then I'm doing the best I can to show him I can survive." He didn't enjoy hurting her, he wasN't insane but he would do what he had to do. He would let her call it off.

"Why would I say enough? I've only just started." Sure, blood trickled down her forehead, and was dried along her arm, but just because she was stained and he was not, didn't mean she would give up. "So, I'm not done. I'm just not going to sit here and hurt you if you won't even TRY to fight back," She flicked her tail back and fourth, "This pack is about power, not defense." With that, the female lunged at him again, for the shouldar blade. Ready to rip apart his flesh, ready for revenge on the blood he shed.
As he felt teeth score his shoulder he pulled his lips back and pain and lunged for her, biting at her fore arm and jumped back meaning to stay away from her teeth, if this alpha didn't stop this soon they could end up seriously injuring eachother.
This male was still rather hesitant, but she had to give him credit for trying, she supposed. Glancing at her Alpha for a moment, she was wondering what was going on through his quiet mind. As her attention was caught off guard the female was surprised to feel a bite along her forearm, thank goodness it hadn't broken her skin.
Growling, the female lunged herself back at the male, this time going for a take down. Her paws aimed for his shouldars, as she tackled him. Going for a hold, the female struggled to keep her balance and hold this male down.
The silver alpha watched as the fight began, causing him to keep his ears tilted forward as he watched the seen before him with a stern gaze. He held no emotions on his face as he watched, though, inside he was thrilled to have a show and be in charge of it all. Oh, this was only the beginning of his leadership and way into glory. He had to admit, Vierro started out strong against Medusa before the beta started to tire him and throw in her advantage that the gods had granted her, the spikes. Xavier lifted up an eyebrow as Vierro was almost giving up, the silver wolf felt a small growl grow in his throat. If he gave up that easily, than he'd shoo this wolf off his pack. There was no giving up in Inferno! But, he went back and engaged into the fight once more which caused Xavier to settle down.
This new male had spunk, he had to give him that. Some planning and new techniques to hone in on his strength could make him a better fighter. Surely, this pack could teach this wolf and bring him to his full potential. Xavier finally arose from his spot. "Enough, enough." He called out, waving his tail back and forth. "Medusa, nice job, I wouldn't expect any less. Vierro, as you almost failed my assessment by giving in. You redeemed yourself by attacking back. You have some things to learn, but I'm sure Inferno will help guide you. So, I think I'll give you a chance to show me all that you can by being a warrior for Inferno pack." He explained with a cold, metallic voice that rang through the air. "Now, get yourself cleaned up." He ordered, turning around on his heels.
Xavier started to walk away before pausing and turning his head over his shoulders. There was a dark look in his face. "Remember: In this pack, we die before we give up. Giving up is for the weak. The exception to the rule is the calling off by higher authority or well, you'll know when the time comes if it's acceptable to back down." He announced, a twinkle in his eyes before walking off across the farmer's field.
As the alpha called it off he rolled out from under Medusa and stood watching her and aid "Nice." He then turned and said "Thank you alpha." With that he walked a little ways away and began licking the deep puncture wonds along his ribs from Medusa, and his shoulder. He looked over at his rear where her tail hit him he had a few small puncture wounds and a bruise but he would heal up fine, Medusa ,however, looked much bloodier and though he didn't feel bad he hoped she'd be alright. She was a good fighter and deserved to heal up fine. Vierro tensed and felt acid fill the punture wounds immidiatly burning out infection and healing the wounds. His rump and shoulder weren't bad he'd let nature take its course on those ones.
The female sat and watched, quietly listening to her Alpha. Her head rang with a splitting head ache now that the adrenaline was leaving her system, and she soon felt the pain from the bites. Listening once again, she watched Vierro. If she hadn't kept the fight going, she knew he wouldn't be as lucky.
Standing, Medusa so much as nodded before departing. There had to be water around these damned old houses.
Noticing a tweet off in the distance, she saw her helper not too far off. It had been awhile since she had seem him, and the bird landed on her shouldar shortly after.
"What happened to you?"The bird asked, quite confused as to why she was so bloodly.
"Doku, what do you think? I was in a fight, obviously. Now, help me find some water, I'm thirsty."She growled, not wanting to deal with the bird right now.
"Theres an old well not too far off from here, it's destroyed and completly flooded over, if you want."The bird chirpped, leaping off of the female before fluttering a ways away. "Show me."Medusa followed him, and once they reached the well water she quickly dumped her head in, cleaning off any excess blood before allowing her acid to do the rest of the job, sizzling away the pain and the infection that was slowly forming.
Her head still hurt, but atleast there was no blood as she continued to clean up her forearm and chat to Doku about the fight.

The alpha strode across the wooden bridge, letting his claws click against the rotting boards. He took in a deep breath, inhaling the swampy atmosphere around him. Monte was snapping at a frog until the amphibian leapt into the safety of the water. Xavier noticed Medusa washing herself off up ahead, he veered off and stopped before the fallen building before him. He felt himself tingle with thrillment as there were a few metal beams in there that supported the structure. Stepping forth, he weaved through the beams and leaped over the fallen debris. The house squeaked from both wet wood and rats scurrying away. Monte would have fun with those vermins. Xavier took a few steps up the stairs, a floorboard snapped in half causing him to double back before jumping to the next one. This seemed to be the only structure with a staircase and it would suit his housing needs as he planned his rise to power.
The two fire wolf siblings were hunting for some food, Tarin had his eye on a large hare that was hoping over a wooden bridge, it caught his eye and he started to stalk it. Tara noticed her brother doing this and wasn't going to let him have it, she got in front of Tarin and was nearly on the Hare's hind legs. "No way" Tarin said as he got ahead of her. He then latched on to the Hare's head, and at the same time Tara latched on to the Hare's rump. They came tumbling down the bridge, they looked like a big ball of flames. They tumbled until they literally hit an old building.
Tara
She got up and dusted her self off, the Hare was burt to a crisp already, "Awww man! see what you did!" She yelled at her brother. Causing a great deal of noise. She went up in flames and started to growl.
Tarin
He got up as well, "Shhhh, I think we might be in someone else's territory" He said looking around. "We have to be respectful and not disturb them, just incase they might not be extremely friendly" He added
Tara
She calmed her flames, her brother was making sense, but they had already made a great deal of noise. "You think anyone heard us?" She asked, then looked around a bit too. " Should we go investigate?" she added.
Tarin
He thought about his sister's question for a moment, "Yes, but stay behind me" He told his sister in a stern voice. He sniffed around the building, then decided to take a look inside, he noticed a stair case. He nodded to his sister saying it was okay to follow him. They both started to go up the stairs, "Watch out for that broken board" He whispered. When they got half way up the stairs Tarin spoke, "Hello, is anyone here?" He asked.

The acid wolf smelt smoke an then heard a large commoton he turned and followed the sound, he snarled as he approched two wolves who didn't seem to care about pack lines "Who are you?" He let out a short howl to his alpha for assitance.
"I'm Tarin, and this is my sister Tara, We rebelled against our dictator of an Alpha and we are searching for another pack to belong, are you an alpha?" He asked "Sorry for disturbing your pack, we're not familiar with this area" He added. Tara was quite because when it came to speaking professional, Tarin was much better at it, and got them out of many bad situations.

As the alpha fell into a light sleep in the building, hearing voices and creaks from the stair floor boards. Xavier's eyes snapped open and he snarled, standing up. Those were not Medusa's nor Vierro's voice. He lifted his head to intake the scent; two loners, male and female. He felt his metallic fur bristle. What stupid wolves had decided to venture into the heartland of Inferno's territory. As Xavier made his way around upstairs, he stood at the top of the staircase with his fangs beared. His claws held a metal glint as they became coated in stainless steel. He noticed Vierro had arrived to the scene.
Angry that these wolves not only trespassed, but entered the alpha's den unannounced. Xavier positioned himself and flung himself down off of the stairs, tacking the closest wolf to him, Tarin, aiming to grab onto the wolf's neck and pull him down underneath him. He stood with his face close to the fire wolf's, a murderous glare stared down at Tarin. His fangs beared and a loud snarl was made. "Speak on why you have trespassed before I kill you here right on the spot. I do not tolerate it as many weak alphas have done before me. I hope it was worth your life to come here." He spat at the wolf. "I am alpha of these lands, and you will respect me and my territory."
Tara stood there petrified as her brother had been taken down by this huge wolf, Tarin gathered himself and started to speak calm and collectively, "We came here by accident, We are Rebels of our previous pack, and food led us here by accident, we are in search of a new pack to live, but if you do not want any knew comers we will continue our journey and never step foot on these land's again" Tarin said with a gulp to this huge wolf who was about to kill him.

The alpha narrowed his eyes, his tail raised up high to show off his dominance. "Accident? Like I haven't heard that excuse, there is no accidents. The scent line is pretty clear cut." He snarled, "And what makes you think that I'd let rule breakers into my pack? Besides, I'm not sure if you have what it takes." He stated harshly. He stepped off the wolf with a snort, then his eyes glanced over at the other wolf to make sure she wasn't going to try and pull a fast one on him. She looked terrified, even on that pretty face of her's. He wouldn't mind having a piece of her for a night, keep his raging hormones at bay for there were no females here to please him. Well, besides Medusa, but he thought of her as more of a male and was marked off limits with her unless for the purpose of bringing in pups to strengthen their pack up.
