Dezera quickly slid her gaze to the corner of her eyes to see Akemi was a little farther off from her. She didn't mind, taking it as almost a small sign of fear for the object from him. "I don't know, it kind of looks like some jewelry, an earing perhaps? Probably some jewelry some wolf forgot or something...sucks for them." She sneered at the end. Dezera would keep this and carry it along. She wasn't sure how to put the earing in at this moment but she'd find some way, maybe her mother could help her put it in.

Dezera's eyes turned as something rustled in the leaves nearby, but not knowing what it was or what was the source of it. Probably a mouse scurrying or just the breeze ruffling the leaves. She took no notice to it and turned back to Akemi.

Kanji

Absolutly amazed that this wolf was helping them so much, Bandit scurried back towards Kanji. Pushing him Kanji eventually pulled himself towards the food and weakly dug his fangs into the meal. Had bandit not helped him, it would be far too late.

"We sincerely thankn you for your kindness." Bandit smiled, "what is your name, good sir?"

There he was; thanked again. It was almost...unbearable. Head bowed, Richter was silent. Though the wolf in question was obviously injured and too weak to do anything else, he was male, and therefore terrified the mighty earth wolf. And so he was silent. Rokku meanwhile hopped off his wolf's shoulder and examined the other one with a tilted head. "Oh what horrible state you are in," he mused in an emotionless monotone. If it was supposed to be pity, it was far from it, as the owl had none to begin with.

In the end, it was Richter who broke the silence with a sharp, gutteral muttering. "Richter."

He shrugged to her, but sighed lightly as she picked it up. He wished this was a beginning to find her helper, but obviously it was just a mishappen and loss of another wolf. "I do apologise, I don't know how to pierce an ear, let alone want too." He could never bring himself to hurt another female unless they were hurting his sister. Out of pure contentness, shadows fell from Akemis legs, surrounding his figure to giive him more of a darker look. Not even taking effect to the coldness, Akemi began walking once again, stopping next to her as his shadows seemed to pull towards him, longing for him. Shall we be off then?" He asked, taking a moment to let her lead the way; it was her journey, of course.

Bandit nodded to the owl, "I told him not to push it, but ever since he's wanted to kill some wolf for hurting him he's been pushing himself to near death," Bandit sighed, and nodded to the wolf now who spoke his name. "Your a life saver Richter. My name is Bandit, and this is Kanji. If there is any way we could repay you, pl,ease don't hesitate to ask."

He nodded silently in agreement. "Well, then I'm glad I'm not just dumb and stupid," He looked at him and gave a weak smile. "You soul wolves definatly know how to tug my strings," He laughed, honestly not knowing the last time he was so open with another wolf, even if he wasn't open much at all. Just the fact of being able to talk, and not be judged about his statements. Perhaps it was because this wolf was a male, Trio figured the nerves of talking to a female being gone made it much easier, I mean, who didn't enjoy some man time?

Richter's sapphire eye seemed to take in the thanks while the other seemed to wave it away. He wasn't sure really what to think. He'd never been thanked in his life. Ever. So it was hard to imagine. "D'you need anything else?" "Oh my, really?" Rokku asked in mock sympathy, unblinking amber orbs on the other helper. "Who does he want to kill, and what harm was done?"

The black wolf breathed a sigh of relief. So he hadn't truely discovered the true identity. Sora was determined to keep it that way. Then, with tail slowly waving back and forth as if in a weak wind, the soul wolf gave a small smile. "Sorry. My kind tends to do that. Please tell me if I do it again." Golden eyes softly closed in a carefree smile. "So how about that shelter? Or...Well, I guess the rain has stopped..." Maybe? Sora's head tilted upwards and the wolf was rewarded with a big wet drop right on the nose.

Bandits ears swiveled around as the wolf and helper spoke. "I think we're alright for now..he just needs some well deserved rest," he heard the owl speak and nodded in acknolwdgement, "a male in the pack of Ronoh.. I think I heard his name was.. Kenny? He has been picking on Kanji and beating him up, kinda got sick of it so Kanjis trying to get revenge.." Bandit said, g?lancing at Kanji, "he doesn't stand a chance.." Bandit sighed.

Giving a faint murmur of acknowledgement, Richter backed away, leaving his helper to converse with the two. The thing had wings. He could fly. With a flick of his tail, he was in the underbrush, forest seeming to clear a path for him as he went. "Kenny? Such and odd name. Beating up, you say? It doesn't seem like he's the one doing the beating..."

Bandit shook his head, "oh, no.." he said to the helper, "Kenny didn't do this to him, Kanji was training against the snow leopards and he pushed himself a bit too much," Bandit sighed, looking over at Kanji who was slowly eating the meat, it being obvious he was starving even with his weak pace. Bandits eyes shifted back towards the bushes where the wolf had ran off. "You have a wonderful wolf," Bandit admitted, "he's a great guy, a life savor." He looked up at the owl, they both seemed to be an odd couple considering the owls dry personality and the wolves random exit, but Bandit was convinced they were good in the heart.

He nodded and shrugged as he mentioned the shelter, noticing the rain had definatly lightened up much more than it had. He let a small grin appear on his mouth when the drop laded on the other wolves nose. "Well, the rain isn't bad enough to bother me, I don't know about yourself.." He said, taking a moment to shorten his furs length once again only to shake out his pelt, sending the rain that was on him flying in every which direction. Once he was dry, he let his coat grow back again only to be comfortable rather than damp. He looked over to see his helper, Izzy, who wasn't too happy to be splashed with the rain, then he let out a yelp as Izzy showed his anger.

Izzy had come out of the small hole in a tree when the rain had deceased and approached Trio, happy to have stayed dry until he was suddenly soaked by Trios shaking. Calling out rude names towards his wolf, the Echidna held his breath as his needle-like back sent one of his needles flying at Trio. Grinning as Trio yelped, Izzy smiled in success and sat down next to Trio, looking the wolf infront of him over for a moment.

Dezera chuckled, "Why wouldn't you want to pierce an ear? It's nothing big that you can't handle," She teased at him, prodding her muzzle into his ribs before turning away from him. She watched the shadows once more. She nodded her head, ready to start their journey once more. Turning her head and lowering it, she noticed that the silver earring was missing. She lifted an eyebrow in suspicion. It was definitly there a second ago? She nosed at the leaves, trying to see if the wind blew one over and covered it up. Noticing it once more, she smiled and went to pick it up.

She heard a small rustle before the earing was moving away from her. Something of muddle gray was pulling it along. She lifted her ears up, cussing in confusion. Dezera slightly lost it as the shadows around Akemi had blocked it out. She guess on where it would be next and narrowed her eyes. She took a step toward that direction and instantly heard a sharp hiss.

"Come closer and you will be in a whole new world of pain, wolf," It threatened, "This, here, is mine."

Dezera, heeding no mind, knew that such a creature was probably just bluffing. She narrowed her eyes and took a few steps forward so she could actually see what had stolen her newfound item. It was a gray snake, it had coiled itself around the earing to hold it against him. It wasn't like any snake she had seen for it fanned out it's hood and looked like it was trying to balance it's self up higher.

Dezera folded her lips back to growl, hoping that it was foolish enough to just give in without a fight.

"I warned you..." Was all the snake hissed, opening his mouth a little to flicker it's forked tongue out. Then, without another warning, a clear stream of venom spat out of it's mouth directed right for her eyes.

Dezera ducked her head to the side, the venom catching her cheek. She felt an instant burning which caused her to clench up, hold back tears and give off small bucks with her hind legs. Then, almost a new light appeared in her eyes as it no longer burned her. However, her insides were suddenly burning. Dezera gripped the soil and clamped her eyes, trying to control the pain. Angery thoughts ran through her head about how she was going to kill this snake as soon as she had the chance. At those thoughts, she didn't notice that a small pool of acid was forming at her paws, burning everything that was in it's way.

Avery thought about it for a moment. "Hm, I don't know. I mean I leave enough already as it is...I doubt they've noticed I'm gone. Our pack is kinda of falling apart," She sighed. "Zane, the alpha disappeared to somewhere unkown to us all and It has just been chaos without him. We got into a bit of a quarrel with his brother's pack which is our rival pack, and I'm sensing a war is brewing. And I don't know what to do...If there is a war...that's too dangerous for Damon." She took a deep breath. "I love my pack, but if a war does break out...I have to do what's best for him." She gulped back tears. Ronoh was her home, she knew they needed her. But there was no way she could help save her pack and risk her son's life or her own. He needed her.

He would have laughed when she nudged his ribs but he was too dark and cold to chuckle or smile , only on rare occasions.. similar to the one that was happening.

At the sound of the snake, Akkemi realised right away that the creature being able to speak to a wolf was indeed a helper, and the acid leaking from Dezeras paws were more than enough proof. Backing away, Akemi let a sly smile form across his face, "really?" He said, grinning at her. "You get to be an acid wolf? That's intense, your a lucky one." His favorite element, not being dark was definatly acid, and he wasz instantly jealous of this pup, almost bringing his smile into a glare, but he was all too happy for her at the moment. "Don't you dare kill it," Akemi warned, "that there's your helper," he muttered.. it was even a cooler helper than his...

Enki

He nodded to her, "I see.." he said, thinking about his son being strong and entering the war, being a warrior! Oh how great that would be. "He'd be a good fighter," he was about to boast about how strong his father was, but hushed and remembered he needed to be sympathetic towards mom. "Sorry, I understand.. keeping him safe, but the loner life isn't very safe either, where would you go?" This concerned Enki greatly, he didn't want her traveling with a pup.. atleast Farah had a homelike structure, Avery didn't have survuval skills like that, or so he understood.

The thought of Damon fighting made her want to panic, but she didn't. "Enki, he hasn't even found his helper yet, which means he doesn't have an element yet either. That would be way too dangerous." She gave him a look. "I'm sure it's not that dangerous...and I was sort of hoping we could stay with you...considering we're a family. But I guess that's out of the question." She watched Enki who looked to be thinking about something. "I'm not helpless Enki, I can take care of myself. And Damon. It's not like I haven't done it before."

He nodded, the weight of choosing between mates seemed to be slimming, how could he ever choose Farah if Avery needed to live with him? He didn't find that fair and looked at Avery with a frown, "this is true," he said, "but I'm on my feet a lot, I don't want Damon to get sick from traveling so much. Are these packs going to battle soon? Ill stick around and protect you if I need too," he said, deciding no matter who he chose they were still his responsibility, and if he needed to stay in the pack during the war to keep Avery and Damon safe, he would.

Yami

Yami looked around for someone to talk too or something to do. She didn't feel like finding her brother, so sticking her nose to the ground she determind which way he had gone off too. Once figuring out the small calculations, she smiled and walked in the opposite direction of her brother. Soon, she came upon two males that seemed to be chatting. Wonderful! Prancing up happily, Yami smiled at them and sat down, licking her chest as if she was no threat before speaking. "Hello, I'm Yami." She said, looking up and smiling to the both of them. It wasn't long till Alice came hopping behind her, sitting next to her rump as she looked up at the other wolves, taking note that the smaller male only had three legs... interesting.

At the sugar glider's next words, the burrowing owl was confused. Why would anyone go so far as to be beaten up just because they were beaten up? Rokku's eyes shut in an emotionless smile. "I have heard a saying that I don't quite understand. They say that when you go to seek revenge, dig two graves. I guess this is what they meant." His words were haunting, and for a moment, a deep malicious side appeared to him.

"Werll, I have longer fur than yours, but it's mostly water proof. Besides, I had my wings." Making a face, but grinning towards the new friend, Sora shook the bit of rain off his muzzle and tilted his head to watch the interaction between Trio and his helper. But what was that thing? The 'soul' wolf took careful notice incase the form was to be copied. "If you don't mind me asking, Helper-" moving as slow as possible, the black wolf got down to the echidna's eyelevel and smiled. "What are you? I don't think I've seen one quite like you." Before he could get an answer, the same female from before bounded up to them. "Hello, Yami. I was wondering what your name was. I'm not sure if I introduced myself... I'm Sora. And Yun is somewhere around here."

Bandits tail flicked in annoyance as he squeeked out at the owl, "don't say that!" Bandit yelled, hopping onto Kanjis head and stroaking his blood staine dfur, "don't listen to him Kanji, your not going anywhere, don't give up." He looked up at the owl, "his self esteem is low enough, can't you give him a break?" Kanji lowered his ears, still focused on the meat but listening to the owl. Hhe wouldn't die, but in order to assure that, he needed more training. Kanji let a low weak growl emit from his throat, shwoing he was capeable of fighting still. Never, would he lie in a grave next to kenpachi.

She giggled happily as Sora introduce himself. "Sorry about earlier," she nodded, recognising the male from earlier, "my brothers a jerk," she now brushed her paw with her wet tounge, cleaning herself contently, being in the forest for so long had gotten her quite dirty, and being all white made it even more annoying.

Dezera

Dezera didn't hear much of Akemi speaking, focusing more on the pain within her. Her eyes snapped open, however, as he said 'acid wolf'. She felt the sting subside and glanced down to her paws. So, that was her element? Acid? She was quite content with it. She never met an acid wolf, but it looked like a strong element that shouldn't be dealt with. Perfect!

Then, she glared over at the snake. So, that was her helper. Looked like he was pretty cool, especially with that little spit-trick he preformed to her. A small growl grew in her throat, the one that hurt her. Dezera leaped at her helper, grasping his thin body in her muzzle. The violet wolf didn't press down too hard, just enough to show it that she was the boss and to not spit at her again.

The snake thrashed around, hissing angrily. Dezera dropped it to the ground and with a snort, she stood over it. The snake got itself together and flared out it's hood. The both exchanged a challenging gaze at each other before the snake nodded his head. "I am Nile, my lady Dezera." He introduced simply, and quite calmly. "Your earing." He said, winding his tail around the silver hoop before extending it out for her to recieve it.

Dezera grabbed it with her muzzle and placed it around her tail until she could properly place the earing on. Turning, she looked at Akemi, wondering what they would do next since their mission was complete now.

Watching this show, he took a moment to sit back and relax. Things would have gotten interesting, but part of him was thankful they didn't. Sure, he enjoyed a tussel.. but this was a helper, and no matter how much he yerned for blood to shed, he was innerly thankful it had not.. she needed him, after all. Giving her a nod, he offered a quizzical look as the pairs glance turned on him. "Well?" He said, "like the choice? Your a lucky gal," his eyes were dark with jealousy, but he spoke smoothy, she was his friend after all.

"And after you kill yourself trying to get revenge, then what? I'm confused." As if to prove this statement, Rokku's head tilted sharply to the side and he stared at the pair with harsh amber eyes.

Offering an apologetic smile to the female, Sora scratched at the back of the head. "That's alright. I tend to attract those kinds of people. It happens. No need to feel bad." The black wolf shook violently again, water spraying off the large green wings before turning golden eyes onto the newcommer. "You are a very pretty wolf."

+ecause your telling him he has no hope pretty much, and he is still young, looking for his advice. Dare someone call you ugly, wouldn't that lower your self esteem? It sure would mine." He chattered, leaping upon his wolves head again as Kanji let out a happy burp, "that's better, heh?" He smiled down to his wolf, who smiled weakly back, not nodding in fear of knocking Bandit off, "very much, thankyou.." Kanji whispered. Bandits eye sshifted back to the owls, "thank your wolf again for me?" He gave a smile, glad to know Kanjis stomach made him feel better.

She watched the two, then looked over at her helper who nudged her. She looked back at them and cleared her throat, "so.. what are you guys doing out here? Anything fun?" She gave a shy smile, compliments always got the best of her and made her feel socially awkward, Alice knowing that continued to nudge her as a sign of encouragement.

Dezera

Dezera turned to look at Nile, giving almost an approved nod. "Yes, he should've come sooner," She added on, giving a side glare at the snake. She missed Akemi's jealousy that was held in his eyes. Nile let out an annoyed hiss and slithered over at Dezera's paws.

"Up for more exploring or do you have to go back to your sis?" She asked, not caring either way. It would be nice to continue talking to him, but she remembered he had to go be with his sister soon. If so, she would probably depart back to her pack to start training.

As Avery heard him speak, she noticed how he seemed to be making excuses as to why they couldn't live and travel with him. And how he would only stay around and protect them if he "needed" to. "Enki...I don't need you to do anything. I was just making a suggestion for the good of our son. I don't want him growing up wondering why his father is rarely around." She took a deep breath to calm herself. "And I highly doubt he would get sick from traveling. It's good to change scenery every now and then." She smirked and looked over at Damon, who was still asleep. She continued to speak to Enki, but kept her eyes on Damon just incase he woke she would be ready to change the subject. "You make it seem like we're a burden. If you don't want us around just say it..."

He gave a small shrug, "aye, she's off in lala land, ain't lookin for me. Better check on her eventually though, she's probably talkin to some horny wolf out there, she's so innocent.. gunna get hurt one day," he spit those words like poison, and held a firm glare to the ground. "I don't mind. If you have things to go, be gone then.. I know your helper means your all tough and powerful now, don't doubt it if you want to train," he said this a bit more harsh than he planned, feeling a bit used as he felt like she wanted him to go away now that she had her element.

Enki

He shrugged, "its not that, Avery." He said, looking at her with softer eyes now, taking a deep breath, "I have another son too, remember?" He was trying to sound as nice as possible, but Enki never chose the right words... "I just.. don't want one son thinkng he's better than the other. I don't want that at all, and if Damon gets to travel with me.. Eziek will be left out wondering why his father didn't show up at all either.." Enki really had a headache now.. how the hell was he going to pull this father thing off? It seemed practically impossible to make both sons feel loved while making both females happy aswell.

Kanji

Bandit watched the owl go off, rolling his eyes at his last saying, "geesh, care to grow a heart for a poor soul once in awhile?" He said, mostly to himself. Hopping onto Kanjis nose, down to his paw he turned to look up at his 'son' "my boy, you have grown. You are strong, you know?" Kanji blinked a bit, looking down at his 'father'. "I've saved your life once," bandit said, referring to the moment the two found each other, "if you can live off of no food or mother as a pup, you are strong enough to fight this weakness," Bandits words were stern, and made Kanjis tail flicker with a soft feeling of happiness that swelled inside him. Closing his eyes, he seemed to struggle as he wriggled around a bit. Bandit hopped off his foot and watched him. It took a moment and a few breaks, but with patience.. Kanji was up on his feet. "I can do this," Kanji said, "I can fight my weakness." His eyes lit up with hope as he looked down at the almost finished carcass. His stomach pained from eating a lot after eating so little, but he was greatful for the food. "However did you manage this one?" Kanji asked the sugar glider, chuckling weakly. Bandit beamed as he bragged about the wolf he had met, Kanji sitting down, a bit tired as he listened.

Yami

She nodded contently, "this is true.." Yami said, looking up to notice a beam of light shine through the trees and onto her pelt. It had obviously been morning, for the sun always greeted her every morning, no matter where she be. "Wow, I can't believe I haven't been trampled down by my brother," she giggled, but was a bit concerned on his location.

"Your brother? Oh, yes. I remember him. The one with the touchy attitude." Sora gave an embarrased grin and tilted the white chin up, catching a little bit of the morning rays. Subconsciously, a tune was hummed. That felt sooo good... So good infact, that the leathery green-black wings snapped open and the wolf rose from the forest floor. The wings beat, blowing up a tempest and scattering leaves everywhere. It was a while before the soul wolf managed to control the flight pattern and settled back down again, looking quite sheepish.

His eyes glanced at Sora as he seemed to be talking to his helper. Protectivly, he inched a bit closer to Izzy before his eyes glanced at Yami. Giving her a warm smile in greeting, he slightly wagged his tail, "Why, hello Yami." He said, "My name is Trio." Feeling a bit intimidated by two wolves, Trio seemed to shuffle his body in a direction to hide his handicap. He looked at Izzy now, making sure he was alright before he chuckled at his voice, then was randomly poked by his prickles. He grinned at him.

Izzy

The Echidna looked up at the large and massive wolf that moved right into his face. Shivering in fear, Izzy spoke in a rather high pitched voice, "I-I-I'm a Echidna," He said blankly. "We're like Porkipines, but smaller, more tough, and more intense." He spoke in a matter-of-fact voice as a grin approached his face, obviously still scared. Izzy was one to brag at any given moment, no matter how much of a wuss he really was. He heard Trio chuckling at him and glared up at him, moving his hip to swipe him with a prick.

Avery nodded in understanding and gently rested her head on her paws. "I didn't mean it like that Enki. Both of your sons need you, I know that. But it would make your life so much easier if they knew the truth. That they were brothers." She sighed and remembered earlier. "They already know eachother. They met, on the beach and were playing. Don't yell at me please, how was I supposed to know that was Eziek? I didn't know until I heard him introduce himself. Damon also came running back to after Farah came and took Eziek to meet you I assume? And got all excited because he realized who Eziek's mother was. I have absolutely no idea what they talked about, all I know is that they are friends."

He shrugged, "I figured it'd happen sooner or later. I personally want them to meet, its Farah who is reluctant. She's stressed out enough as it is, I have to earn her trust before she even wants me around my son, sadly enough.." Enki worried about picking Avery, that even if Farah said she wouldn't, she still wouldn't want him around Eziek. So many pros and cons to each piicking, what ever shall he do? He looked at Avery with sad stressful eyes, "I know how hard this is.. ill try to make it as easy as possible," he sighed.

Avery watched him, he seemed to be lost in his thoughts. It was different to see someone that wasn't herseld lost in thought. Dezera smirked, "If she isn't looking for you, I'll stick around until you find the need to go and check up on her." Part of her wanted to go home to train, get ready for war and become the center of attention as they all awed at her helper and newfound element. The other part didn't want to return to the pack, she wanted to be free from rules once more, her father's watchful gaze, and test out her element on some poor, unfortunate loners wandering around. Cause some wolves to fear her, slowly but surely.

She lifted her violet head to the sky and scrunched up her nose to the scent. "Shall we go hunting?" She asked, figuring that would be a good way to finish off their successful adventure.

He thought for a moment then shrugged, "sounds fine to me," he said, "gunna spit on a deer?" He looked at her blankkly, his mind wandering in different directions. Half wanting to find his sister and beat up a male if she was with one, the other half wanting to stick around with Dez.. at this point he couldn't figure out if he wanted to be with her because he was forming a friendship with her, or because she held the element he loved. Either way, he figured it was the acid, no one was ever tolerant enough to be friends with him. He shrugged his thoughts away and stretched, his back leg extending outward as he closed his eyes to feel that wonderful feeling. Shaking his dirt colored pelt as he restood on all fours, he looked around the forest with a dark stare, "where too?" He asked, figuring shed want to lead again.. especially with the excitement of her new element.

Izzy

Izzy raised an eyebrow at the wolves words, "Really?" He said, never even meeting another like himself except his parents, who never took the time to teach him about the reproduction cycle since he was destine to be a helper. He froze up for a moment, and the let a fake chuckle emit from his mouth, "I-I mean, yeah.. YEAH! We are! Isn't that awesome! we, lay eggs!" Izzy smiled, proud of his statement.

Trio

He raised an eyebrow and a smile formed across his face as Izzy spoke, "I bet you don't even know what an egg is," He grinned at him, and received yet another stab in the leg with izzys pricks. His gaze turned towards Sora, a wide grin on his mouth. "He's a show off, don't mind him.." Trio said, only to be stabbed again, "Stop it!" He shoved his helper away a bit.

As the helper attacked Trio, Sora offered an immensly apologetic smile. "No, please stop. I didn't mean to make you argue. I was just asking." A soft whimper escaped the throat and Yun dropped onto the board shoulders and wrapped a fluffy tail around her wolf's throat.

Trio

He smiled and nudged Izzy all buddy-buddy like, "Aye, hes just a cranky lil' thing." Trio laughed, but watched Sora oddly as he seemed to be emotional once again. He looked down at Izzy who seemed to return the same look, and then a cold awkward silence took place. Izzy broke the silence by stabbing Trio with a prick, laughing and running away.. almost making fun of him in a way. Trio jumped at the prick but let out a soft laugh, "I'm used to it, just a little shocker," He said, glancing at Yami who had turned pretty quiet, awaiting for her to respond to his greeting. Had he said something wrong?

She blinked as the male introduced himself and then engaged with a fight between he and his helper."nice to meet you, Trio." She responded. An unsure glance passed to Alice, who returned with a warm smile, "remember what Lux said," Alice reassured her that everything would be okay, and Yami nodded her head. She wondered how she could help these wolves, and decided to observe how.

Dezera gave off a chuckle, coming across more darkly than she had planned. "Spit? Nah, that wouldn't be as fun." She really wanted to find out how her powers were and how to shape them. Why not try it on a deer, those things were dumb enough. Who cared about their feelings, they were going to die anyway. Dezera turned her gaze to Akemi, noticing he was thinking about something intently before she turned back to walking once more. Nile slithered in between her legs, always narrowly missing getting stepped on.

She never really hunted much, Trio was going to teach her until her father inturrupted. She lifted her head up and looked around, "Ummm," She asked, turning in a small half-circle as she tried to figure out where to go. They were in the more dead-portion of the forest and prey didn't seem to arrive here that often. "I think we would have more luck in the forested area." She said, in a matter-of-fact tone of voice.

He nodded to her as if she was right and switched directions to be facing the grown forest, "after you," he said darkly, his eyes watching her as he awaited her to once again take the lead. It was smarter to stay behind one who hasn't used their element yet, Akemi didn't want to loose fur, or let alone a body part. It was far too dangerous. He walked silently, the shadows following him and giving him an eerie look as he stared into the forest, waiting for something to move.

He laughed and nodded, "Yeah it does." He said, in an uncertain chuckle. "But.. after the hundreth prick its more of an immune sort of pain," Trio shrugged, "Been through worse," He said, maybe not too much of the physical side, more or less the emotional side. But he was strong, and didn't need to worry about little things such as pokes and pricks. His glanced turned to Yami and he gave her a warm smile, "So what brings you here, Yami?" Trio asked calmly, as if trying to start a conversation with her; she seemed a bit shy.

Dezera nodded her head and took the lead, glad that she didn't have to fight for taking the lead. She glanced back at him before continuing to walk on. "Don't need to be afraid of me because I got an element now." She half-joked, without looking at him when she said this. It was only half true, Dezera didn't mind if he was nervous around her. Just more power to her. He seemed to have grown wary since she adopted the element of Acid, staying quiet and trailing behind.

Dezera ducked under a lower branch that hung down, cracked. She kept her eyes wide, trying to find anything moving. She hoped it would be something larger for her to hunt, not wanting to waste time and energy on a pathetic rabbit or chipmunk.

Avery watched him think, poor guy had so much to think about. "Alright, you do that. I don't feel comfortable going back to Ronoh yet, because of the brewing war. So I'll just take Damon to that spot you made for us, if that's alright?" She smiled at the thought of their first time there. Avery had a tendency to reminicse. A lot.
