Yachiru yipped and lept to her feet, tail wagging furiously. "Yay! Let's have some fun! C'mon, Snowflake!" She squealed happily, running around in circles. "Let's play, let's play!"

Zane

"No it's quite alright." Zane nodded his head to Bianca and shook his black and blue fur. He stopped humming for the moment to speak. The two colors were almost indistinguishable against the dark of night. HIs eyes were their normal black, but Zane knew at a momants notice they could become a bright blue that was often the last color a wolf saw. Zane sighed, content  with the thought. His smile never wavered from Bianca's face.

Demitri's small black head perked up at the absense of Zane's humming. He shook himself, and nudged his master to keep up the small tune. Zane obliged, and the melody soon once again filled the air, making it vibrate with each note.

Naomi

Naomi let her tail wave back and forth, she gave a gentle lick on the top of the pink pup's head before starting to walk toward the lake. She turned her head to make sure the pup was following. "Come, little one." She said, her tone was gripped by a motherly-type voice. Her pace was a two step and there was a gleam of thrill in her eyes.

Yachiru's pink head snapped toward the direction Naomi was going. She gave an excited yip and dashed after her. "Bye bye, Kenny!" she called back to her sleeping father. She was sure to have fun in the lake. She turned back to the Ice wolf and darted between her legs, winding herself around her paws. She giggled cutely.

Bianca watched him watch her, glancing away shyly from his unwavering smile. "I'm... sorry that I acted up earlier around that Armor wolf. I didn't mean to undermine your authority in any way. I just didn't want him to possibly hurt you..." she murmured, coughing as she quickly added, "Or anyone else, for that matter." Looking down, she sighed at her own flustered behavior.

Closing her eyes she took a moment to calm down, breathing in deeply as she peered up at the sky, which by now was dark and pelted with stars. "It's a beautiful night, is it not?" she mused thoughtfully, her eyes running over various constellations. Her ears twitched as she continued to listen to his humming, finding the sound rather pleasant. She had always rather liked music.

Zane

"Its alright," he murmered. "I understand your concern. But i could not bring myself to turn a starving pup away. Im not that kind of wolf." he said this thoughtfully and continued to hum for a while longer, glancing at the sky and following the stars. The night was dark now, and when Zane turned his head to look at Bianca he could only very clearly see her beautiful bright eyes. Zane smiled to himself and watched the nighttime sky once more.

Zane nodded his head at her question about the sky. "It is quite beautiful," he noted. Just like you, he secretly thought. Zane shook his head at such thoughts, they were foolish and had no place in this formal conversation. He took a deep breath and focused on the sky.

The large Armor wolf stirred slightly as Yachiru called to him. He didn't really care where she went as long as she had fun while doing it. And if it annoyed the crap out of some other wolf, than it was that much better. He snorted, grinning in his sleep.

From the shadows, a white blur shot out and slowly crept toward the huge wolf. The white ferret pricked his ears, listening for Yachiru. When he had decided that it was safe, he clambered onto Kenpachi's great shoulders, curling around himself.

A noisy laugh echoed through the trees, startling the ferret. "I wouldn't do that, if I were you." came a male voice, followed by a flutter of wings. Out of nowhere, the kookaburra dove through the leaves and grasped the thin animal in thick talons. With his momentum, the bird tore the weasel off of the wolf and dropped him onto the ground. The ferret turned and hissed at the brown-and-white bird.

"Just who do you think you are?" he snarled. The kookaburra helper didn't respond, but was intently singing. "Kookaburra sits in the old gum tree-ee, merry merry king of the bush is he-ee. Laugh! Kookaburra, laugh! Kookaburra laugh for you and me!" he said in a slightly raspy voice. The song was followed by a fit of rapid laughter.

The white helper gave a last sneer before dissapearing into the shadows.

Bianca nodded agreeably. “Of course. I was prepared to fetch her something myself, if it didn’t get resolved.” She said, lowering her eyes to watch him steadily. So far the conversation had been all about business, and it was a little awkward at the moment, because she didn’t exactly know what else to say. She didn’t know what he was struggling with beyond the obvious problem of what to do with his ranks, considering there were none at the moment. But that was an Alpha’s decision, and she was no Alpha. Thusly, she decided to try a different approach.

Standing up, she walked over to sit beside him, walking slowly and steadily so as to not wake Bellinda. The lizard remained fast asleep, and Bianca nodded, pleased. Glancing to Zane, Bianca licked her lips thoughtfully as she pondered what to say. “What brought you back here?” she asked finally, looking at their surroundings. It was a claming place to her, sure, but if he had wanted to sleep, didn’t he have a den of his own?

She bit her lip as a stray thought crossed her mind, shoving it to the recesses of her mind. She would worry about that later. It wasn’t important.

Naomi

Naomi continued to glance down, making sure not to step on the pup that was running around her large paws. She padded forward, reaching the lake. Motioning for Yachiru to come forth, Naomi sat down regally as she looked out over the reflections of the stars in the lake. Her eyes scanned the surface, it was much colder near the lake at night, rather than else where in the day. She dipped her paw in and felt the coolness lap up around her paw before she took it out. "Ready for a quick swim lesson?" She asked in a cheery voice.

Zane

Zane though about the question. He didnt exactly know why he did come here, now that he thought about it, it was quite odd. He finally decided that saying 'Because i hoped to see you' was a little cheesy, and smiled to himself. "Because i found this place quite peaceful when you showed it to me, and it seems exiled but intuned with the world all at the same time. I was truly intrigued. And then i came back to see it again, to get away from the buisness of the pack, and i must have fallen asleep." Zane chuckled at the silly story, but it was partially true and did indeed make sense. He smiled calmly and tried not to react to Bianca getting closer to him.

Demitri stirred at Zane's shoulders, wondering yet again where the pretty humming had gone. He grumbled a little to himself before giving Zane a gentle nip on the neck. Zane shook it off, telling Demitri silently that there would be no more humming tonight. The angry squirel sighed and closed his eyes, trying to sleep.

Yachiru yipped and wagged her tail, going into an elegant bow. "Yay! Let's swim!" The pink pup surged forward, splashing into the shallows of the lake, just so she was standing in water. "C'mon, Snowflake!"

Naomi

A curved smile grew quickly on her face seeing Yachiru excieted. She lifted herself up and waded out in the shallow portion before reaching Yarchiru. "Now, swimming can be quite easy. It's like running, almost, where you run in the water. The trick is to keep your head up and try not to touch the bottom." She explained the basics, she didn't want it to confuse the pup. Naomi lowered herself into the ground, letting her stomach rest on the sand underneath the water. It was too shallow for her to swim properly, but it would be good for teaching Yachiru. While on her stomach, she faked that she wasn't and started to paddle the best she could without touching the ground under her. "See, you try," She said, letting her tail slap the water happily.

He sat in the forest coverd by trees. He took off towards the lake and saw Naomi. He was still quite angry and he dove into the deep water and swam to the bottem he inhaled a big gulp of water his body extracting the oxygen from it like a gold fish. He found a alcove and swam to it he curled up inside his fur floating gently around him. He was content to be away from the world to watch the fish and relax.

Yachriu twisted her head around to watch the water wolf go beneath the waves. She scoffed. "He doesn't know how to swim! Poor Fishy!" She watched Naomi carefully and kicked off the bottom, trying not to let her paws touch the bottom, folding them close to her body when they brushed sand. She tried hard to keep her head above water. She quickly grew tired and put her paws onto the sand, panting.

Naomi watched as Aiden dive into the lake without even giving the slightest nod in recognition toward herself. She gave off a small scoff that was inaudible to others around her. Naomi forced a smile on her face, "Ah, he's just swimming under the water where you can't see." She explained, watching Yachiru practice swimming.

She smiled, "That's it, just like that." She barked, letting her tail wag in encouragment. As Yachiru stopped, she wadded over to her. "Well done, you can try again later whenever you want to." She commented, giving a quick nuzzle at the pup's shoulder.

Opal spotted Naomi in the water, she quickly climbed down from the tree. Her stomach rumbled in hunger and the marten darted off with quick speed to the lake. She wanted to get there before anything got her, noticing another wolf was with her. She slowed down and stayed by the shore. Her ears swiviled around to make sure nothing was creeping up on her. Opal's eyes looked down to spot silvery fish swimming. Licking her lips, she stalked the fish from above waiting to catch her some prey.

Yachiru nodded, her pink bangs flopping up and down. "Okay, Snowflake." She gave a small hop off the floor of the lake, kicking her back legs and digging into the water with her front. She closed her eyes and concentrated hard on keeping herself from touching the bottom. Chocolate eyes opened only to find herself slowly drifting away. She gave a surprised whimper and stopped paddling. Her head sank under the water before she remembered to start paddling again. Her pink head slowly rose from the water, and she tried hard to get over to where Naomi was, whimpering softly.

Naomi smiled and watched as Yachiru started to swim once more. She turned her head to see Opal on the banks, giving a nod of recognition to her helper before turning back to the pup. Naomi spotted Yachiru drift too far, making the ice wolf leap and paddle off to the pup. She gently grabbed the pup's pink scruff on her neck, dragging her back to the shallow area. "Don't want to swim that far off without being experienced in swimming." She announced, giving a gentle lick on the top of her head.

Yachiru whimpered once more and nodded, shaking off her fur in the shallow area. Just wait. One day, she'd be the best swimmer ever, and then she'd show Kenny how she could swim. The determination burned into her heart, and she started paddling again. This time, she slowly kicked herself in circles around Naomi.

Naomi let a cheerful bark, "Look at you, you already are swimming wonderfully!" She said, her eyes growing bright as Yachiru paddled along. The water made her long fur cling to her skin from her shoulders down, making her slim figure much more visable. She wadded off farther in the lake, flickering her tail to see if Yachiru would swim over to her.

Yachiru let out a shrill growl as her friend moved away. She kicked her back legs and struggled to make her way over to Naomi, softly whimpering to herself, but wanting to be brave. She wanted to whine about how far it was, and how she was tired, but Kenpachi would never accept that. He would want her to keep going.

Naomi let off a small smile at the pup. "You can do it," She called out, taking a few steps toward Yachiru to make the distance smaller. She looked fondly over at the pup, she seemed to be quite dedicated in swimming over to her.

Opal padded along the shore, letting her paws get wet as she looked on further to watch Naomi. She wanted to dart across into the water, but that would put her closer to the pup which she didn't want.

Yachiru narrowed her eyes and heavily kicked with her back legs, closing the distance between her and Naomi. With a final push, she hooked her front paws over Naomi's side. Her head drooped onto her paws and her whole body was limp. The pink pup stared into the water for a few minutes before raising her head and smiling at the blue-and-white wolf. "I...I did it...I did it.." she announced quite breathlessly.

Naomi gave a large grin, "You did do it! You did a wonderful job, now you can practice more to become an expert." She exclaimed, lowering her head to nuzzle the pink pup. She figured it was time for her to relax from the swimming. "You tired?" She asked, her eyes gave off a gleam in the moonlight. She knew the sun would be rising soon and with the change of month, it would be much hotter than in June.

Yachiru breathed in slowly, trying to get her lungs to cool down. "Yeah." AS is on que, her maw stretched open in a yawn. She put her head back down on her paws and closed her eyes.

Bianca nodded slightly. "Ah." she said, and if one looked closesly enough, it was pretty clear that she had been hoping for a slightly different answer. "I agree, I am rather glad i found this place... Perhaps I shall do some more scouting later, and possibly find some more herbal glades like this one." she mused, her tail dragging slightly side to side.

For a moment her gaze fell to Demitri, and she smiled slightly at the squirrel, finding his little antics to be quite amusing. In time she looked back up to Zane, the smile still in place on her face. "You're sure you are not tired, right? I don't want to be keeping you up if you feel like resting. I am sure it's been a long day." she said, her voice a tad concerned as she peered up at the dark sky.

Banshee

He walked smoothly into the packs territory. He gave a chilling howl to his alpha telling him he was back. Banshee hadn't eaten in a while and was quite hungry. He scented out a rabbit and stalked it the shadows making him invisable... He pounced and landed enjecting lethal vemon into it. As the venom coursed the the rabbit making it impossible for any other wolf to eat...a food protection manuver he learned...if any wolf except himself tried to eat that meat they would die. He walzed over to the lake and lay down gnawing on the meat.

Zane's ear picked up Banshee's howl, and Zane shook his head with a small chuckle. He'd been gone awhile. Zane lifted up his black and blue head toward the heavens and let out a howl. It was dark and welcoming, letting Banshee know he had heard him. After his little tune ended, he looked back to Bianca with a weary smile. "Not at all. I've never enjoyed sleeping much, i see it as only a necessity for life and nothing more. Nothing gets done when you're alseep," he chuckled.

Demitri shifted gently at Zane's chuckle, for it had shaken the poor squirel. Zane smiled at Bianca and looked down at his helper with kind eyes. "So how do you like the pack so far?" he wondered, looking back into the ever-changing eyes of Bianca. Zane tried to keep divering his gaze to meaningless things, for he knew once he looked into her eyes he would not look away. But now he had her gaze, and all Zane was spellbound.

He smiled at the howl back. He didn't feel as wary in the packlands. He chewed on the meat his venom had saturated the meat. It turned the rabbits blood a reddish black color. The fur around it was falling dead to the ground and the poison in the flesh was enough to kill 20 humans. But to Banshee it added flavor. He spotted Naomi and waved wondering where the smell of a metal wolf was coming from. He walked towards it flinching at the metallic smell.

Yachiru raised her head and turned to look at the new wolf who had randomly appeared. Her ears went back and her puppy teeth were bared. "Stay away, you! I'll call Kenny!" she threatened, a faint pink glow emanating from her. She growled low, fur standing on end. "Even if he doesn't come, I'll hurt you."

He let out a cold laugh...he had never liked pups. He gave her a sarcastic look and said " you'll call "Kenny" on me eh? Are you forgetting who the member of the pack here is? That would be me not you. So you want big bad "Kenny" to hurt me you've got another thing coming." he shadows furled out covering more space the swirled around the bank and the smooth water.

Naomi shook her fur, about to carry Yachiru off to sleep besides Kenny. She stopped as Banshee approuched, giving off a gentle smile at the fellow pack member. She leaped between them, ushering Yachiru away from Banshee with a cooing voice. "No, no." She started, "Speaking of Kenny, I'm sure he's expecting you back soon. I better get you back." She nudged Yachiru the other way with her muzzle. Bringing her head back up, she looked over at Banshee with a angry glare. "You really love fights enough to pick on a young pup?" She scoffed, knowing that this proved nothing with this arguement.

Yachiru huffed as Naomi ushered her away from the Dark wolf. She wasn't afraid of Banshee. To prove her point, she stuck out her tongue at the black wolf. Kenpachi woul have beaten him. Of that she had no doubt. He only lost in the forest because that Soul wolf took his soul. And it was two against one, so it wasn't fair.

The young puppy gave a yawn, tired enough to curl up on the ground. She blinked her choclate eyes, unwilling to sleep.

Naomi gave a shake of her head, "That might be true, Banshee, but you are the one that egged her on and continued. Couldn't you be adult enough not to?" She asked, her voice was not harsh as it should've been. Naomi gave a small lick to the top of Yachiru's head, before grabbing her by the scruff of her neck to pick her up. Naomi lifted her head up high, making sure that she didn't have the pup's paws skim the ground. Swinging her tail to indicate Opal to follow her, the small pine marten slunk past Banshee and quietly walked close to Naomi's hind legs.

Naomi walked through the forest, noticing that the light was barely reaching over the horizon, indicating dawn would arrive shortly. The ice wolf padded on, dreading the heat of the next day, before arriving to the large armor wolf. Without a sound, she picked her way over to him and gentle placed Yachiru besides him. She gave a soft smile, nudging the little one. "Sleep well, little one." She whispered, before turning on her heels and walking away into the forest.

Naomi returned to the lake and sat down, peering across the body of water. Her tail swung around her paws. Opal brushed her fur against the wolf's before darting into the water, picking up a fish and carrying it back to Naomi. Naomi cracked a small smile, "Nice catch, Opal." She cooed, "It's almost as big as yourself!" She exclaimed, watching Opal nod her head and start clawing at the fish. Naomi looked around, wondering where the alpha was, before turning her attention back to the still waters.

He opened his eyes and watched a huge catfish swim by. His blue body shot out of the cave faster then a bullet. He opened his mouth clamping the hard scales cracking the bones snapping his large teeth grasping it. He shot out of the water landing on the shore.

Naomi watched as Aiden came up to the shore with a large catfish between his jaws. She turned her head away from him, ignoring the water wolf as he had done to her. She wrapped her tail around herself and looked down at Opal, who was happily snapping at minnows under the water. Naomi pulled a half-smile across her lips watching her helper, glad that Opal was blocking out the other wolves and being herself.

Naomi's black nose twitched to his scent, it reminded her of the gulf that she so frequently visited. Mentally cursing Aiden for the scent when she was trying so hard to be upset with him. "Why?" She asked, simply, "You caught it, why don't you have it?" She asked, her eyes shone brightly even if they looked angry.

Opal's ears twitched at Aiden's arrival, making herself cower behind Naomi and drawing back to her shy ways. She let out an unsure growl as she heard Naomi speak.

Naomi felt her face grow hot under his compliment, which she instantly sheilded away with a coating of frost that grew around her delicate face. She shook her fur and looked back at him, feeling the need to comfort him at the sadness he presented. She let out an inaudible, confused whine before choking out the words, "If you insist," She said, lowering herself down to gnaw on the prey.

She wasn't terribly hungry, so she only ate half of it. Pushing the other half towards him, she gave a meek smile, "Here, you have the rest." She said softly, her caring voice returned. Reaching her muzzle towards his shoulder, she gave a quick nuzzle before pulling back.

He gave her a small smile. He didn't want her angry with him. As she ate half and pushed it back to him he lay across from her cracking the bones in his teeth. He prefered fish he hoped it was okay for her. With a small nuzzle he blushed and gave her a soft smile.

Naomi felt the tension almost leave between the duo as he seemed to accept her nuzzle. She let off a smile before letting off a loose yawn, knowing that she didn't rest since the arrival of the guest. She would need all the energy to battle against the heat in a few hours. She lowered herself down on the cool, wet sand and pushed herself besides Aiden's body. Her fur was cold ice to the touch, but she didn't realize this until she settled herself down besides him. She lowered her head down to her paws. "Sorry," She murmered, "Hope you don't mind." She started to daydream, as she awaited his answer. If he did have a problem, she would move or retreat back to her den.
