"Your girlfriend's back, lero,"  The snake announced with a jeer as he noticed the female. His companion paused in his visible torment and blinked. The idiot did not just say that. He intimidated him with bared teeth and knocked him out to silence the inevitable screams. The loner smirked in evident, carefree satisfaction. "Hmm? Oh. Welcome back," He said in a casual manner as Calique approached. With a wide, somewhat insane smile, he sat down beside her.

"Couldn't help it," Tyki answered with amusement, "You tempted me." He studied her condition with unreadable amber orbs. She was here, therefore didn't drown. And he hadn't aimed to make it so. He traced his maw with a moistureless tongue, then stared out at the ocean. "Heheh. You know, that was the oldest trick in the book," Tyki connoted once a minute or so had passed. He let out a calm breath and crossed his paws in a sophisticated manner. He cast the female an arch look, then continued, "You're pretty slow for a time wolf."

Calique

Calique noticed the dark wolf's comment on her fighting. "Just because I'm a time wolf doesn't make me fast," she noted with a small chuckle. Calique often did this really slowly actually, taking advantage of her time to make longer lasting memories. "I'm not much of a fighter anyway," Calique shrugged, not mentioning how she usually used her element to keep her out of fights. Calique fought the memories that tried to resurface behind her eyes, and she took deep breaths to try and will the thoughts away.

Eventually Calique got her mind back under control and turned her pink-fleckled green eyes to Tyki. "Tempting huh?" Calique said with a flirtacious smile, trying to get herself back under control. Calique shook her pelt to get rid of the remainders of the memories and continued to breathe rythmically.

"Hmm. True that," Tyki mused without much care. He knew the time element could speed time up as much as slow it down, but he meant to tease her mental aspects. He snickered and watched the distant waves. "Well, me neither, when I'm not in one of my violent moods," He admitted with an inward smirk. Okay, so he craved blood a lot more than he cared to share. But most would be uncomfortable should someone come clean with it.

Tyki narrowed his amber orbs once he noticed that the female seemed to be troubled. She breathed in an odd manner, like she was anxious. Damn.He hoped it wasn't because she knew it wasn't the whole truth.  No. Can't be. She wasn't afraid of me before. He wanted to question it, but decided it wasn't his business.

The moment Calique mentioned temptation, his lips curled into a wild smirk without his consent. Yeah, I definately set myself up for that. He winked and moved his tail in a carefree motion, then chuckled. Once a moment had passed, he rose to all fours and shook out his pelt. It was about time he checked out a place to sleep. "What can I say? Your body screamed mischief. And like the nice guy that I am, I just had to help,"  Tyki teased with evident charm. He stretched out, tossed her a silent invitation, then made towards the forest from which he had come.

Lux

Lux tilted his head as he watched her dig through the sand, finding a shell. Seeing her motion to it and smile, he was confused on what she was trying to tell him. Putting two and two, Lux concluded that she must've been demonstrating on what she likes to do. He gave a cheery smile, "Oh," He started, letting his tail wag loosely, "I really haven't dug for seashells, but I see a ton of them out near the shore until the waves take them away again." He added, feeling the coldness of the ocean now that the sun had set over the horizon. "The ocean seems more at peace at night," He thought out loud. Turning his head to look at his helper, who was snuggled up besides him sleeping with content.

She nodded, looking down at the beach, before her eyes carried back to Lux. She wanted to find out more about him, but didn't quite know how. looking around for Pollo, she frowned. The owl was making it even harder on her. Looking back at Lux, her head curved to the side in question, hoping maybe he would catch on, she glanced at the beach ground, then back at him, trying to signal a certain form of explanation to her actions.

Lux watched her as she used signals to ask something. He tilted his head to the side in question, "Yes?" He asked, wondering what she wanted to ask him. Watching her eyes dart from the sand back at him. He paused and sat silently, making his brain think quickly to see what she was getting at. Was it about the beach?

She looked around, trying to figues out a way to explain 'beach', crossing over to the water, she dipped a paw in, looking back at him, then kicking some sand in the air. It brought a smile to her face, and she looked at him, wondering if somehow it may have worked, she sat down infront of him, her head turned left, once again.

Calique

Calique chuckled to herself and immediately rose to her feet to follow Tyki. "Odd, I didn't peg you as such a kind, loving wolf," the time she-wolf teased back, catching up to the dark wolf easily. He seemed to be a bit tired, and perhaps he wanted rest. Calique sighed, sleeping to her usually seemed like a waste of time, but perhaps it could be nice once in a while.

"And mischief, eh? If you say so," Calique commented, throwing her head back to fix her messy hair. The water was causing it to dry in a odd fashion, and Calique made a mental note to see how it looked later. "Tired?" she wondered, finally deciding to ask why they were going back into the forest.

Lux

Lux watched her actions, at first he was thinking she had enough of him and was walking away. Then, seeing her seem happy and settling down in front of him again. He looked at her and mimiced the tilting her her head to the left, "The beach? What about it?" He asked her. He was very patient from years of training and hope she didn't think he was a fool for not knowing quicker what she was meaning.

Her face brightened, and she thought for a moment, then pointed at him, and then brought her paw to her heart, looking at him, her tail wagging as she was becoming more comfy, seeing that he was being very patient and not antsy.

Captain

His wave ended, and Hook flew off of Captain as he decended into the water, swimming towards the shore. Reaching the surface, he looked around, not much to do without a buddy. Hook soon re-landed on Captain, and looked at him carefully, "Come here!" He said, a common phrase he had stored in his head, "Whatchya doooin'?" The macaw said, his beak opening and closing, as he let out a "Squaaaak!"

Captain grinned at him, looking over at Als, the male was still over where Farah was, but Farah seemed to be missing,

"Hey Als!" He called to him, hoping Als would have an idea on something fun to do.

Lux tilted his head to the opposite side this time. Trying to put the clues together. The beach. Him. And herself. "Sorry, I'm not really understanding," Lux apologized, flashing a shy grin in the hope to make up for not comprehending. Thinking again to her actions, he looked at her, "Taking a wild guess that I'm probably incorrect, but you want to go walk down the beach?" He asked with a foolish grin. Putting together that she walked along the shore and kicked up sand, indicating walking? Then, both of them together would preform that action.

She was giggling now, but it was silent and just looked like silent laughter as she finally shrugged, giving up and just giving a nod. A walk seemed fine. It was better than nothing at all. She figured later on she could figure a way out to ask, but doing something besides looking dumb seemed fine.

Lux

Lux let his ears tilt back as he noticed that she was laughing at him. He returned with a mild chuckle, knowing how funny it must've been for him to try and understand her. As she gave him a nod, Lux pushed off on his paws to stand up. Shaking his fur from the sand that clung onto him, he took a single step forward. Lifting a paw up, he pushed Blitz to wake his helper up.

"Wha--?" Blitzkreig asked groggily, "There better be some kind of trouble for waking me up, ol' chap." Rubbing his red eyes and giving a quick wash of his nose, he opened his mouth to give a wide yawn.

Lux shook his head, "No, no," He let a smile press against his lips, "Didn't want to leave you behind as I'm going for a walk. Don't want you getting preyed upon again." He joked, licking his helper's back.

Blitz gave a sigh before clambering onto Lux's back and settling in between his soft, feathery wings. "Now, if you need me. I shall be asleep." He said finally and curled up.

Lux rolled his eyes and gave a small chuckle. "Okay, lead the way." He spoke to Meiko, walking up to the wolf slowly. His mummy bandages around his ankles were making whipping sounds like that of a flag blowing in a breeze from the ocean's current winds.

She smiled, her tail actually wagging as he approached. Beginning her steps, she looked at him. So many questions, she wished she could ask. Where was he from? What element was he? Why was he here? Did he plan on staying? She looked at him, her mind fluttering with questions, but her mouth making no such peep. Looking up at the night sky, she wished she could create a way of communication with him, for being a psychic wolf, she respected thoughts and normally didn't disturb them.

*Karma*

The sea breeze blew through the she-wolf's yellow main as she trotted along the coast. The sand sunk below her paws with each step she took. Anger was built up inside of her chest. She had finally made it far away from where she had once lived. Far away from that horrible...female, other wise known as her mother. Just the thought of her, disgusted her. She stopped at the water's edge and looked out at the waves, taking in the smell of the ocean.
"Karma, you should have atleast said goodbye, to the healer," Mandy said softly. The albino chinchilla sat upon Karma's back.
"I know, but they won't miss me. I doubt anyone will even notice I left," She sighed and sat down, leaning her head on her paws. "I hate my name, it just continues to remind me that I was a mistake."
Mandy hopped off of Karma's back and walked over so she was standing in front of her face.
"Don't say that, everything happens for a reason. Just forget her, we came here so you could start over. A new life," Mandy said nodding.
"Yeah, like anyone will ever want to talk to me. In that old pack I tried to make friends, you saw, but no one wanted to talk to 'the mistake'," Karma growled, rolling her eyes.
"Well maybe if you weren't so stubborn and rude! They would actually like you! You shouldn't take your anger out of everyone Karma! Including me!" Mandy yelled. Yelling was something the sweet, little chinchilla rarely did.
"Well, Sooorrrryyy!" Karma scoffed sarcastically. Mandy sighed and calmed herself down.
"Look Karma, if you ever want any friends...at all. Or even a  mate, you have to change."

Lux had noticed that the psychic wolf had grown much more comfortable around him in the way she moved and acted. It was a good sign. Striding at an even pace along the shore line, the light wolf glanced at her quickly and noticed her gaze up at the midnight sky. "Is it just me or does the stars seem to shine brighter over here?" He asked, mostly to himself as his pupils dialated as he stared at the lights.

She looked at him and nodded, a smile on her face. She opened her mouth as if to speak back, but paused and shut it again, closing her eyes and turning her head towards the ground. As if she was recollecting herself, she looked back up and took a deep breath,

'Its ok, he won't hurt you,' she constantly ran the words though her nogan.

he found himself on the beach. His irritaion from the intense sun making his shadows thick and freezing. They covered his entire body as he walked a mass of swirling shadows and a pair or purple eye's visible. He growled and lay in the shade quite irritated he had not ended up some where darker and colder.

Karma's anger was welling up at the fact that her helper was right. "I hate it when you're right. But I don't have to change for nobody! If they can't accept me for the mistake I am, then screw them!" She stood to her feet and stomped off, furious. She looked at the ground as she walked and accidently bumped into what seemed to be a dark wolf. She haden't even noticed him, with all the shadows around him. "Ugh, watch it!" She growled.
Mandy ran after Karma. She noticed an irritated dark wolf that Karma had bumped into and over heard Karma's comment.
"Karma! Be polite!" She scolded.
"Whatever, MOM." She growled at Mandy, before looking back at the dark wolf. "Sorry..." She forced out of her maw.

He stood his eye's flashing obsidian. As she had told him to watch out his lips raised baring his teeth. He hadn't done anything "Excuse me miss but I believe your the one at fault." He gave he a sarcastic smile but as she apoligized he watched her his eye's turning purple again and he sat down and nodded "Whatever." The hot weather was irritating him so he was even more agitated.

She sighed and rolled her eyes. "You're right, I'm sorry," She said, meaning it this time. She looked over at him, he seemed troubled. "What's your problem anyway?" She asked him, curious as to why he was angry like she. Mandy watched as Karma changed her tone of voice, somewhat proud of her that she atleast admitted she was wrong. Maybe she was changing.

He turned his penatrating gaze back to the yellow and purple wolf clearing his sadows letting his black body streach in the shade, He finally spoke after a short pause "This heat." He enjoyed the colder climates almost like a ice wolf.

Karma nodded her head in agreement. "Yeah, I'm not quite a big fan of it either," She sat down on the sand and watched as the shadows disappeared around him. "Why don't you head somewhere colder then?" She questioned. The fact that he didn't enjoy the heat, but was at the beach confused her a bit. "Or take a dip in the water or something, to cool off," She suggested. Karma wasn't used to being so nice. It felt odd to her.

Karma thought for a moment at the possibilites. She looked at her fur, she didn't want to get it all messy. But that humid air was quite annoying. She shrugged and nodded at him. "Sure why not. Swimming will clear my mind for the time being anyway."
Mandy smiled and sat herself down in a shady spot, happy she didn't have to interfere yet.

He stood and walked towards the water. He placed his pitch black paw in the water and sighed. It was cool but his fur would look like crap after. He shrugged and walked deeper into the water, when he couldn't feel the sand anymore his legs moved frantically then he realized he actually could swim.

Unlike the dark wolf, Karma already knew she could swim and charged into the water. She dove under a wave and came up, bobbing her head above the water. "Damnit why did I come in here?!" She asked with a slight laugh. "This salt is going to take forever to get out," She swam over to him and lifted her wet tail out of the water and splashed him. She smiled to herself a somewhat mischevious grin appearing on her face.

Captain

Hook had flown off to fnd some food as captain was exploring under the seas. Looking up, he grinned as he saw legs kicking and swimming as they moved. Surfacing, the male had gained enough speed to jump from the water, do a flip and come splashing down, playfully splashing Banshee as he landed. Resurfacing again. He smiled at the male, "relax, matey!" He said, hoping to give some pointers on swimming, "its a beaut out here, ain't it?" He smiled, looking at the dark wolf with a toothy grin. He hoped to build and expand his friendship with others, and what a perfect opportunity this was.

He shook his head as he was splashedon both sides. His hair sticking out like he had gelled it. His shadow's crept across the water as he found himself delighted by the fact he could swim. He looked at Captain not even angered by his sudden apperance and said "I've never swam before." This male looked like he enjoyed the water..a water wolf maybe? He looked at Karma a dark look in his eyes. He paddled over to her and pulled her under. as they resurfaced his tail brushed over her accidentaly and his smile faltered turning to a blush.

Karma watched as another male made his way into the water. She smiled to herself mischeviously. Maybe this would be fun. "Well hello to you too," Karma budded in. Karma quickly closed her eyes as she was forced under the water again by Banshee, coming back up and shaking her head she growled at him, more playfully then anything. "Thanks for that, really."

"Aye!" He smiled in greeting. "Tis easy, let the water move ye." He said, diving under and coming up on a wave, surfing on it until he reached the two wolved again, now sitting on the water as if he was on land. "Be one with the water," he laughed, falling back under the water as the mini wave that was keeping him afload decended.

He laughed, he realized all his time with Mizuki had lightened him a bit. He could open up with other woves but of course his dark personality hadn't left it was just coverd for the time being. He winked at Karma and said "By the way I don't believe I know you name." He turned to Captain and said "Or yours. I'm Banshee."

As he heard both of them answer, a wide grin formed unpon his maw, "IIGHT! WAVE HOOO!" He smiled, as the sea began to rumble, and a large wave lifted them high into the sky. Easily, Captain began riding it, looking at the other two, "light as a feather!" He called to them, surfing around them and watching them, "ey won't letchya drown," he promised.

His eye's widened and he tried to stand. Hard for him considering he wasn't a water wolf. He watched Captain and said "I hope you won't." He gave a forced laugh but was on gaurd because this wolf coukd do anything he wanted with this water. Banshee and Karma were extreamly vunerable right now.
