So, we used to all chit chat all the time in these news board but it sorta does down as our lives got overwhelmed with finals and for some, graduating or new jobs; whatever the reason. So, here's a general chat board.. I'm trying out my "enter" button on this site again, forgive me if these paragraphs become jumbled and my attempt doesn't work like it normally doesn't.. So, here I am. It's 4 am, we've been driving for about 15 mins, probably less. Headed from New Jersey to Virgina. It's a 6 hour drive and we are going straight to Kings Dominion.. Anyone been there? I'm semi excited, semi tired as crap. Lol.. So, how is YOUR life? :)

Try putting <br > < br > between your paragraphs if you haven't tried yet. That'll break them up. I have to do manual coding when I'm on my iPhone.

I've never been to Virginia or NJ... or any of the east coast actually, haha. I've always been central (Colorado), midwest (New Mexico), northwest (Alaska) and south (Texas, born and currently residing in.
6 hour drives really suck, but just be glad you aren't driving from Texas to Alaska! That took us like 2 weeks and it was awfuuuul.

My life is good except I'm reading way too many romance novels/fanfics atm and am trapped in a small town. Just waiting for someone to come sweep me off my feet or something. Had to deny the cute security salesman business. Ughhhh. It's not fair to do that. I don't know how I'll be on my own. "Excuse me ma'am would you like this for your house?" "We already have ADT but if you put it in, suuuuuure. ;D"

Aside from that, a LOT of house/yard work being done, it's busybusy. And I'm exhausted.

Eeeek. We drove 12 hours to Tennessee, went to dolly wood. Then drove 9 hours to pennsylvania and went to Hershey Park, then from there we drove 4 hours to New Jersey and went to Six Flags great Adventures, then we left at 3:30 am today and drive 6 hours to Virgina and we went to Kings Dominio today, now we are drivin to Williamsbrg Virgina and going to Busch gardens tomorrow, which is only an hour and a half drive. Then, 15 hour drive to my brothers house.. Then a 3 hour drive to my home the next day. I'm in Florida, so my ears have been popping and I'm exhausted from climbing all these damn mountains..(Hills, as you would call it.) oh, and the day before this trip we went to Busch gardens in Florida. So, lots of driving and riding roller coasters for me. Hahhaa, but Yeah I'm too lazy to do the br thing on my iPhone, I'll be more proper when I get home and my computer finds a plug lol. Texas.. Never been there! And Awwe, you'll find the right one. They seem to show up right around when you stop looking for them ;)

But it only takes a couple of seconds! Well, that part does anyway. Usually it takes me longer going through coding stuff on my tiny screen than it does to write the post, haha. Ah well.

Lol, yeah.. I would but I'm on vacation :P pass to being lazy. I'll be home Wednesday. It's so annoying I have gone like, 5 days without wifi. Bless my heart I'm still alive. Rofl XD. And, that's good. My brother says its too hot. I've never been, so I can't judge. I do miss my flat Florida though. Lol

Depends on where you are. Cheapest I bought it at was like no joke 3.19 or something. In Brownfield where we stopped last time it was like 3.44. Some places are as low as like 2.97. Coming from NM where prices were like 3.77-4 bucks, that was like mindblowing for me, haha. And in Alaska... well, they're more like 4.25, so DEFINITELY glad I'm not there.

I know, I hate being without wifi for too long. Mostly for this site and mine. It kills me when I can't see what's going on. Dx

It's kind of hot. A different hot that Florida, for sure. Florida is humid-hot, but here (especially west Texas where I live) it's super dry. If you like Florida you'd be more comfortable in eastern/southern/parts of central TX where it gets more humid. Here it's just dryyyyyy and dusty. But since we have so many oil places, gas is hella cheap!

How much is gas prices, I'm curious now, Rai?

See, but I love car rides or driving that distance. I'm from Michigan, but I constantly travel to Ohio. I've driven all the way out to Boston area and New Hampshire. Then we drove all the way down to Outer banks, NC. I plan on doing a road trip soon back to NC. I always seemed to like it down there, much better than MI weather. So humid an bipolar. One day, hot as hell and the next day is freezing. I don't like my state's weather very much.

We are down to like 3.30s, but in Tennessee it's 3.17! I was amazed lol. And as much as I love Florida, there are no seasons. Plus I haven't seen snow since I was 3, and I've never seen fall. Just.. Palm trees. Lol. I hate humid, makes my hair a ball of gross frizz. I am proud of my hair up here especially in NJ it was beautiful all day I couldn't believe it hahahah. I want to live in NC. :)

Yeah, it really does. If it's mostly cloth-based, then it's fine, but if there's lots of glue...ewww.... I plan on being Tobi for Halloween! 8D CUS TOBI IS A GOOD BOY!

...That sucks, once it passes the 4.00 mark is when I don't want to drive anywhere.

But, I will admit...I wear those borderline slutty costumes for Halloween. :P So, I get cold.

...I want to live down there. Gas is about 3.60ish up here, it's killer. Snow gets old after the first time it falls, then you hate it and want the cold to leave. Fall is alright, I don't like raking the leaves, but the colors are nice, I must admit.

Yeah that's kind of how Alaska was for me. 'Course we had like no real summer anyway. Half the year was pitch dark or sunny all the time and temperatures rarely got to or above 70 even in the heart of the summer months. I had ONE Halloween without snow the 6 years I was up there, and a couple of times snow wasn't even gone until May. D: And yeah, gas was like 4 bucks. -Sneer-

Best place seasons wise was Colorado. All 4, evenly spread. Not too cold in the winter, beautiful aspens in the fall, cool springs, and warm summers.

I hate cold weather on Halloween, ruins the costumes. :P

Our seasons tend to be on the colder sides, more wintery feel than a summer feel. Then again, I'm a summer-loving gal, so I feel as if it's never long enough. Then again, I'm a little depressed that I haven't had the chance to wear shorts this year yet. :C

Halloween in Florida... Rofl. I have only had one cold Halloween where it was because of wind, and around 50 degrees. Last year it was like 70s and I was dyin. I wear sexy costumes, not slutty. ;D but, I'm kind of at the age where I'm over costumes. They're expensive and most parties some people don't even dress up. So, I throw on something I already have. Lol. And awe Evil, that sucks. I can't remember the last day I wore pants. Jeans are killer this time of year, and I can't even imagine surviving in them lol. IN SOUTH CAOLINA LOVE'S IS SELLING GAS FOR 2.99 I wish I had a love's. Ugh. I have to pick my classes for next semester AND I have jury duty AND 40 hrs of work right after this vacation. I am so tired. Lol.

I didn't wear a costume this last time. I just went with my friends. It was nice though, because that was the night my best friend/crush/now ex (lol) asked me out. But yeah, most of them didn't have costumes, rofl. Sean and Cameron would just hold their hands out, in normal clothes, "Trick or treat!" They actually got candy, too, haha. I didn't really get much, mostly just picked the nutty candies away from Sean since he was allergic and they tend to be my favorites. Almond Joys, Reese's, Snickers, etc. Yum. But it was a fun Halloween, probably the most fun I'd ever had, we got lost hahahaa.

Actually no, most fun Halloween was when it was super cold, and I was wearing this cute fairy costume (with jeans underneath because the dress was short and uh, yeah, COLD), and I was walking with my best friend ever, and my wing got caught in her halo. She called me a hooker and it was just the funniest thing, even as we were fleeing to her house to change socks to avoid frostbite. Good ol' days.

Lmao. Yeah. I always wear like....Okay, yeah. Anime-costumes. But they're like...awesome, cus they're nice and warm. Like Undertaker's costume was nice, cus I had a giant-long wig to warm my head, and long sleeves and pants and stuff.

Shunsui's was awesome, too (though never wearing it again) cus it had long...er...yeah, it had a skirt, but to my defense, hakama look like shirts, but it also had a fuzzy bathrobe (in leiu of captain's haori). Mm.....waaaarm...

And Tobi should be fine too, cus his mask recycles respiration heat, and plus he has a realy long cloak, lmao. Infact, because it's red black and white (my school colors), I wore it for spirit day when there was snow on teh ground. My reasoning? You laugh. I warm.

I AM BACK IN FL! What a waste of driving. Note to self: do not go on road trips longer than 6 hours, and definitely never go on a 15 hr drive. I never want to see the road ever again, thank you.

Halloween is usually in the 60s here. So, it gets a bit chilly. But, yes, I agree. Costumes are so expensive. For one night, I don't want to wear a 50 buck outfit, no matter how much I think I could pull it off. I tend to repeat costumes, but I go to a few Halloween parties where they go all out, so costume is necessary.

I've been on 13+ hour car drives, no stopping, and it was actually enjoyable. I loved it...Heh. I enjoy driving and being in the car a little too much. I always wish my drives were longer except for the whole gas situation.

Dude, you are insane. I dont understand. It's just.. Roads. We did see some interesting lightning, and some heavy rain. South Carolina was pretty mch.. Rain. Yeah. Grr. Lol. So, I can't wait to finally upload my pics! Sadly I'm at my brothers today but I might be able to sneak on his computer :D I can't wait to see my bf. seriously. Dying without him.

I do most of my thinking and daydreaming or other tedious tasks on the road while listening to music. I find it enjoyable. It's really relaxing. I love driving like hours by myself, it's the best and having the music there. So peaceful. Haha

But, wooo! Spend all day with your bf tomorrow then, we probably won't hear from you then. Hehe ;D

I wish I could but my great aunt is driving me home at 4 pm. Grr. Then I work the next day, all till saturday. Then I have jury duty. UGH. Lol. But I will enjoy tomorrow night. :) And I get car sick too! I have "Quease-Ease" lol, it's this stuff you smell and it takes away car sickness. Works good. Pretty much just oils and lavender. Smells gross though..

I tend to get sick with the smell of strong lavender, so that would probably just make things worse. I only get car sick if I read, and then the easiest fix is just letting me out of the car to breathe for a minute.

Has anyone seen the movie "Grey" or something like that? Watched it last night and it was pretty neat but I don't like the ending it makes me mad when movies end like that. Pretty much it's about these people who crash on a plane in the middle of Alaska and then wolves are hunting them while they try to find human life and to be rescued. It was an interesting movie and the wolves were creepy lol. Not to mention one was humongous.. Like an Eli wolf lol.

Yes, I've seen the movie. I actually loved the ending, I hated the animation on the wolves, though. It seemed too robotic and mechanic, which would be fine in another day and age, but with the newer technology and the movie being less than a year old...it was ehhhhh.

Yeah I agree the wolves didn't seem realistic at all. The ending was neat that he went down with a fight I just hate knowing they all died. Especially the guy that drowned that just made me mad lol like seriously his foot gets stuck? What's up with that. Dumb. But I still liked the movie. Just being a critic

I loved that. It was a surprise where he ended up since they were doing the best to avoid it. Also, I enjoyed how the hunter became the hunted. Since he hunted wolves, it came in a big circle in the end. But yeah, I didn't like when that guy drowned that was ehhh or the part where they threw the guy off the cliff or something to try and get across. Haha it was slow at a lot of parts.
