New Wolf Era

Amari was scampering around in the snow, she forgot what she was looking for. "Tehe!" she would giggle, pouncing on this pile, then that pile. Eventually she had a snow beard and was covered in snow. She found an old tree and had a clever idea. Using her metal claws, the female ripped of a chunk of bark, large enough for her bottom and slid down a large hill of snow, laughing and sneezing every once in awhile.

Zorr

His gaze was directed at where Catorii was looking out at. It seemed to be a red figure out on the white background. Surprised at Leo's leap, Zorr instinctively growled before holding it back. "Leonardo, what are you doing out here in this weather. You should be with Zumi and your brother in the den." He said sternly, however, licking his son's head as he was happy that he was alright. That was one pup he knew the whereabouts of.

Zorr looked over at his growing boy. "The woods, and the pup that Kanji brought. Leo, you must never go out there without one of us. Something could've happened to you." Zorr scolded, knowing that Kenpachi might've been out there or trying to lure his son into Ronoh with that pup. "Welcome Marco to the family, though. I'm proud of you, Leo, for getting your helper. What element do you have?" He asked, suddenly amazed that his son was at another monumental point in growing up.

"But, first, let us go back to the den. We don't want you getting cold." He replied, hoping his son wasn't an ice wolf. With two fire parents, that wouldn't be the best situation. How else could he have had such ease slipping through the blizzard and finding them?

Tyr


He finally calmed down and collected his thoughts, he decided to take a walk and explore Sera a little bit more. He walked through the snow, the wind was hitting his face hard and he could hardly see anything. Then he ran into something and fell into this pink blur. It was another wolf and what looked to be a female. "I'm Sorry Mrs.-" He started to say when the letter's K-U-N-A flashed into his mind, he read her name from her memory. "Kuna..." He said without thinking.

Catorii smiled, Eyes locked on her growing son as he spoke with his father. He was a beautiful replica of the two, and it gave her goosebumps inside to see him grow. It made her wonder what her other children looked like, the few dozen of them she was forced to produce back in the tribal life. Maybe one day, she would see her eyes again. But here was a beautiful combination of herself and her love; something she never could have ever imagined to come true. Leonardo was personally at that awkward stage in life, not quite an adult, but no longer with the body of a pup. He was growing into his fathers paws still, but his ears fit him right. Whisking his tail back and fourth, the young male smiled at his father, as if taking his information to heart. He closed his eyes and nodded, "Yes father. I won't do it again, promise." he said diligently, before giving a hesitant shrug. "Element? Uh.. Well, I don't know.." he said, then perked his ears up, hearing his brother and cousins voice off in the distance, something he was unable to do before. "Zumi and Mercutio are over there.. Can't you hear them?" his ears twitched, and he smiled. "Sounds like their headed towards your den, Zumi wants to bring Merri there and.. Daphne?" he had never heard that name before, and so he sat for a moment. "Ew." his nose scrunched up. "Do you smell that?" surely enough, the wind carried Zumis stench to his nose, and Leonardo definitely didn't like it. "Your a sensibility wolf, Leo. Ain't I already tell ya?" Marco scoffed, annoyed that his wolf was so uninformed of his own body. Catoriis eyes lit up, just excited that her son had an element, despite what it was, she wanted to cry from happiness.

Tyr


He looked from Kuna to the pup that had just plopped down next to them, "Helloo, Young one." He said with a smile. He then looked around to see any adults that might have been looking for her. He couldn't see anything in this snow. "Where's your parents?" He asked kind of concerned.

Tyr



He was kind of thrown back at the pups answer, he then felt left out again because now the pup wanted nothing to do with him and Kuna hadn't responded to him yet. So he just kind of stood there awkwardly looking between the two females.

Tyr


He looked at her rather strange, "My name is Tyr, and what is your name?" He asked as her name popped up in his head as well. "Let me guess...your name is Amari, right?" He asked with a smile wondering if she'd think his powers were entertaining.

Tyr


He huffed as the pup mocked him, then looked back at Kuna, "Well that was Odd, So uh...I'm Tyr." He said introducing himself trying to make conversation. "How long have you been in Sera?" He added as he blinked since snow was falling on his face speckling it.

Mercutio

Mercutio snorted at Zumi's comment. "I don't feel cold at all. I'm fine." He lied, it was really cold out. He wanted nothing more than to lay besides his family and feel that warm, comforting feeling. He tried to act tough and clentched his jaws to prevent them from chattering. His coat wasn't the thickest right now, still holding onto some of that pup-like fur. Mercutio didn't want to lose his helper that he just gained, so he grabbed Daphne by her neck and started to carry her in the direction of the den. Daphne protested such treatment, wanting to walk herself but she knew that it'd be hard to walk in this thick snow. She'd be pouncing up and down and should be hibernating with the rest of her friends.

Tyr


"Excuse me?....was I even talking to you?" He asked with a huff. He was getting many dark and twisted thoughts from this wolf, it was giving him negative energy. "I recall you approaching me...." He added as he stood his ground.

Zumi rolled his eyes at Mercutio, he could feel the adolscences cold from a mile away with that type of aura. Zuni was finally figuring out the odd smokey colors that wrapped around each wolf, depending on their types. Mercurio, for example, was coated in a blue around his face, which he had perceived as cold. Green excitement and black from his element also surrounded him, with a pinch of red, probably from his parents, Zumi assumed. His tail was wrapped in yellow, but Zumi could require figure out why. "come on slow poke!" he chuckled, running ahead as his helper clutched into his ears like reins, sitting upon his head.

Kuro

Kuro wasn't one of good nature, his element taking most of the blame for that personality development. At the newcomer's harsh attitude toward him, Kuro instantly grew to resent this brown wolf. He was unsure if this wolf's personality was much like his own, in which case is where his resentment toward Tyr was coming from or just this wolf having the veiw point that everything should be good in the world.

Kuro flashed his teeth, allowing a growl to form in the pit of his throat. His fangs just poking from underneath his black lips.

"No, I don't need an excuse to step." He shot back at him, feeling the cool shadows encompass his tail and legs. "This female is sleeping, do you have eyes? She doesn't seem to be responding, so why don't you go the other way. I'd recommend it." Kuro barked, taking a few tenative steps forward.

He seemed to be growing protective of Kuna for some reason, probably since this was the only wolf that cared for him in a pack that constantly threw the cold shoulder to.

Mercutio

Mercutio didn't appreciate that look that Zumi passed along to him. He narrowed his red eyes and gave a wistful snort in annoyance. It wasn't any harm by it and Mercutio's views of his cousin were that of following in his pawsteps.

"I'm not slow!" He retorted, his fur had returned back to his normal coat. No longer holding any resemblence to a skunk nor a squirrel.

Mercutio's legs were growing, giving him a lanky look as his body was still filling out. He would be a large wolf, taking after his grandfather's stature. That of a noble, hidden wolf. It would be larger than his father's build, proving for him to be a great contender against his brother for the title of Alpha in the future.

It didn't take too long, as soon as they were out of the forested area of Sera. Mercutio didn't have to think of which direction to head in, growing used to the main areas that packlife was centered around. He noticed his family's den up ahead, picking up his pace to get there. Hopefully his parents weren't upset with him venturing off for so long.

Catorii & Leonardo

"Awe, Mom. Hey!" He said, giving a giggle as he was bumped into, chasing after his mother in a pup-like fashion. "C'mon, Dad!" He gave a smile back to his father, before bounding away and trying to catch up to his mother. Once the pair had reached the den, Catorii dove onto the ground to roll around and shake off the snow, and Leo wasn't far behind. Giggling, the growing pup lept onto his mother, now big enough to semi-wrestle her as they tumbled around, gnawing and nipping at each other playfully. The warmth from her son already made her feel better, and Catorii felt her paws warming up.

"Hold on, hold on." She giggled, tossing Leo off of her since she knew he wasn't of the same element. She walked away and lit a small fire place so the warmth would be to the max. Leo watched and smiled, glad he had such warm parents. Turning, he snuck behind a corner, waiting for his Dad, ready to pounce on him, too.

Amari

Somehow, she found her way back to Nora, and squirmed inside. Then, she saw Milo. "Milo! There you are!" She giggled, running over and hugging him. "Nowa," She said, having some trouble with pronouncing her R's. "Where is Dad?" She asked, "I hope he's not in twouble!" She looked down at Milo, who just smiled happily, not really paying attention to anything else because he was thrilled that his wolf was safe, and he wouldn't have to die.

Amari

She nodded at the female, concern still in her eyes. "The snow is lighting up. I wanna go play with Leo and Mercutio, I haven't seen dem all winter!" She giggled, "And I wanna show them my new game!" Her sledding game was so fun, she was sure Leo would love it! Mercutio too, but he would be better at it than her, he always was, and she didn't always like that. 

Zorr

He was surprised at how quick Leonardo was, surely taking that from his mother's agile ways. The ways of a dancer. Zorr slowed his pace down, knowing he was never going to catch up with them as they were much too far ahead. Taking the time, Zorr watched around him to notice any pack life. He spotted Amari far off slip back into her home, probably to join Eli and Nora for some warmth. His firey gaze turned as he noticed Zumi leading the way with his other son trailing behind into the den. Those two seemed pretty close and as tragic as events that unfolded around Zumi, he was a great addition to the pack.

Zorr finally quickened his speed and approuched the den. Poking his head in, he took a waft of the smoky atmosphere. The snow that was packing down along him would instantly melt if he stepped foot in the warm den. Taking a moment in the door enterence, Zorr shook his fur off, not noticing that Leo was in the corner waiting to pounce.

Tyr



"I sense that you and I have a lot more in common than you think..." He said as he was reading some of Kuro's thoughts. Tyr wasn't scared or threatened by this wolf. He could sense a lot of pain, "But whatever..." He said as he started to walk away not wanting much more to do wit this dark wolf, his thought waves were depressing him.

Leo jumped in surprise at the sudden Presense of Mercutio. "Shhh!" he whispered, Backing up and waiting to pounce. Luckily, his father somehow didn't notice him, and he lunged out playfully with a silly grin. "Gotchya, Pa!" he said, trying to take down his father with surprise, but he was suddenly very wet and slippery, and Leonardo found it hard to keep ahold of him.

Zorr

Zorr hadn't noticed his son in the corner until he pounced on him. Zorr lost his footing for a second by the surprise lundge. His son was getting stronger, not like when he was younger and could bounce around him like it was nothing. Zorr gave a playful growl, lifting up on his hind legs for a moment to paw at Leo to try and take him down in retalliation.

"Try to take me down now." He challenged, trying to wrestle with Leonardo. His coat was damp at the moment, slowly warming up as the fire was keeping the den warm. This playful tackle would help teach him basic skills in the art of fighting, no where close to actual thing. But enough to get a feel for taking down larger wolves.

Zorr

The alpha looked over at Leonardo, he had a warm heart. He could tell by just noticing the happiness and playfulness that surrounced the pup. Zorr was pushed to the side, but not enough to get him off of his paws. He wagged his tail and showed a brief smile, it was a good attempt for him.

"Nice job, but I'm still up. Try again, this time harder. Make me lose my footing." He coached, never critising his lack of fighting skills. He wouldn't discourage Leonardo and knowing how sensitive the boy was, he'd be hurt much easier than if asking Mercutio to do the same. Zorr gave him a gentle headbutt before repositioning himself back, lifting a paw up to paw back at him.

Leonardo

He frowned as he couldn't quite knock over his Dad. Well, he wasn't nearly as big as him, so there really wasn't much hope. Thinking for a while, Leonardo backed up a bit, lowering himself and then charging at his father, using the same two-pawed technique as before, but this time with a little more force.

Zorr

Zorr watched as Leonardo was thinking, pondering on his next move. Good, he was thinking his moves out. Upon impact, Zorr fumbled at the rush attack that Leo preformed. It was enough for him to stumble, but since this was just a play fight. Zorr allowed himself to fall to the ground, giving a small snap at Leo's hind quaters before he gave a smile.

"Very nice, Leo. Very nice." He complimented, his tail wagging back and forth. He pawed upward, trying to pull his son down but knowing the youngster was at the size where it'd be a hard task to do.

Leo was surprised at his own strength and gave a slight, sensitive yip at his fathers nip. "Ow!" he complained, but smiled at his fathers compliment. "Thanks pa!" he said, ears shifting and saying, "Let's go meet Daphne!" he will only heard about her, and didn't know who she was. "Mercutio brought her along!" he ventured deeper into the cave, it became even more warm as he sunk towards the fire, loving the feeling. All the way back from conception, Leonardo had felt his mothers warmth, especially while in the belly. So naturally, he was used to the warmer temperatures, no matter how sensitive he now was.
