Golden orbs softening, the black wolf carefully approached the female. Tilting the green-maned head to the side, Sora seemed to gaze deeper into her eyes. "You don't seem like everything's fine. May I?" The medium wolf touched down on the earth, and rested there, bat-wings folding over the back. "The best way to make everything fine is to talk it out." Sora offered a helpful smile. "Otherwise the emotions get bottled up and explode."

Richter stood still for a long moment, trying to wrap his mind about the situation. Nothing made sense anymore... It was obvious that this wolf was not Zetsumei, and so there was no reason to stay here any longer. Slowly, as if in a trance, the earth wolf began to turn. A single eye turned to look at the dark wolf as if pondering him. He didn't want to apologize, but Mother always taught him to. After a long silence, he finally mustered the humility. "...Sorry."

As the soul wolf approached, Catoriis flames grew bigger. She glared, her eyes pinned on her. "I said I was fine, thankyou," she mustered to say. She just wanted to vent to the gods, enjoy her time alone, and calm down. Why couldn't she ever do that though? Another wolf was always there to ruin it. She shook her head though, the thoughts gathering of her attempt to forget and forgive, and progress through over coming her self anger issues, although it was tough when she was in such an embaressing situation earlier.

As the roar of the flames grew louder, the genet on Sora's shoulder let out a very thick scent and retreated up a tree, leaving her wolf to cough in the dust. "Hey, now, take it easy. I'm going, I'm going," Sora reassured the fae, sputtering and golden eyes tearing up as the coughs grew worse. Still hacking up lung, the black wolf retreated, shaking the maned head this way and that as if to get rid of the strong smell, but it wasn't comming out any time soon. It didn't smell bad, it just smelled...heavy and thick. Very much like a male, Sora thought silently, turning around when far enough and continuing on. It didn't seem like other wolves were too friendly towards a stranger-understandeable.

She watched as the wolf finally continued on her way and let out a small releived sigh. She cfrowned upon herself though, now feeling sorry for being rude. Adding a list of things to do, she put down apologising to big green soul wolf on there. Closing her eyes, she took in a breath, and finally began to relax . . .although, something in her mind made her feel as though she was forgetting something.

Swaying her body, her forest fire danced with her, a beautiful yet scary sight, but she was in complete control, and would never let the fire spread too far.

Letting out a sigh, the mock soul-wolf leaned up against a tree, a little worn out for the day. In another second, Yun had dropped onto her pelt, and had curled back around her wolf's neck. "Is it time for sleep yet?" The ferret-thing yawned, already dozing off a little. Sora gave another look around. "I dunno. Sure. Why not?" Without another word, green pinions snapped open, and the black wolf was immediatley up in the branches of the tree above them. The genet scurried off and found a nice nook to curl up into while Sora settled down on a broad bough, claws digging into the soft bark for stability.

Although it seemed like minutes, Catorii opened her eyes to realise minutes had turn into hours. And that's when it his her; Zorr! As his name hit her, like her heart had skipped a beat, the fire was turned to smog within seconds. And as her heartbeat returned, she was bounding on her feet, feeling even more horrible. Oh how dishonorable she had been, a failure of a hunter, a failure of a loyal pack member, and a failure to a friend. She swiped her paw along a twig, breaking it from anger as she made her way to the place she called home.

Trio

The smell of fire led him to a smokey area that seemed to be deserted. Looking around at first, he saw no signs of life except for an odd shape in the tree, but let it be as he sniffed around for something that may had been burned in the fire, squirrel? chipmunk? possum? anything. Nothing though, as the fire had givin him no luck and he needed to hunt on his own. Not that he didn't mind, he was just feeling a tad... lazy.

Yami & Akemi

Seeing as though her new friend had left, Yami frowned and turned to her brother. "You scare everyone away! You don't gotta be sooo rude! Just be happy okay?" She rolled her eyes and pushed back with a thump of her rump, lwtting out an annoyed sigh.

Akemi growled to himself, shadows dispersing as his dark eyes looked at her. They had both grown much, getting larger and less pup like. His voice was even cracking as he spoke, sounding silly yet more masculane at some points. "I don't have to be anything you want me to be. I just have to be myself, and my own element." He shifted his weight shaking off the left over shadows that remained on his dark pelt. "Now, I believe its time to separate, go chase after that wolf if you want a friend so bad, see you in an hour." Akemi said, turning and walking away, his tail twitching from annoyance.

Yami would normally be happy about his depart. But this time she felt sad for bothering him so much. She missed him before he got his element, he was so happy.. but now it seemed like he was getting meaner and ruder by the day.. where had her brother gone? She watched him walk away, taking the moment to look at her own paws; they both had grown.

Turning to head back his own way, he looked up at the blob in the sky, once again. It some what resembled a wolf. "Hello up there?" Trio called, in hopes of finding a new friend. He had been a bit lonely lately, especially since he last talked to that dark wolf. He needed something to do, in the least.

"No...no...Not hi-GWAH!" With a wild snort, Sora jolted awake from a nightmare. The tree was slippery from dew, and the large paws couldn't get enough grip. And so the black wolf fell to the ground, crashing into a heap of fur, wings, and leaves. "Oww..." Sora struggled to stand, and finally achieved it. A look of suprise flashed into the golden eyes and the shapeshifter took an alarmed step back. Despite having the embarrasng experiance of falling from a tree, Sora smiled brightly. "Hello. It's good to meet a wolf who is kind to talk to. I've had a troubling run-in with many others before yourself. It's refreshing." It was odd that the voice was as deep as the other wolf's.

Dezera

Dezera was grumbling the entire time, kicking stones and stomping on newly blooming plants. She was angry for she had been scouring around this barren forest for her helper, having no luck at all. She didn't even see any signs of her hotheaded brother. Why did everything have to be so difficult? She let out a groan and in frusteration, she snapped her jaws at the air as if that would actually help.

She continued on her quest to find her helper, there was a narrow pass of brambles that she lept over. Not noticing that she lept in front of a muddle gray-black figure. Seeing the larger wolf, she shuffled back and raised her fur. "Do you mind?" She snarled at him, figuring he would say something about her surprised leap that almost crashed with him. She was about to turn and walk off again, she narrowed her eyes as he looked familar. If she remembered, Dezera would've noticed it was Akemi. Wait, surely he had a helper. Maybe he would be able to give some insight on how to find her's.

"Since you did get in my way, you might as well help me out and answer my question. How the hell do you find a bloody helper?" Dezera asked harshly, making it sound like she already had her helper but couldn't find him. She wouldn't give away that she was element-less at the moment, show a weakness about her. No way, no how.

He growled as suddenly a wolf had crossed his path, bringing him back and raising his hackles. "Excuse me?" He glared at the female, but within seconds he realised it was that lost pup from before, "oh.. hey," he calmed down a bit, taking a seat and looking at her, then looking around, "haven't seen a lost helper, what's he or she look like?" Akemi was open to help none the less, and watched her silently.

Like a shooting star, Orion had flown towards a new area, landing with a thud as he hit the ground, yet another failure of getting into orbit. This landing wasn't as bad, almost like he expected failure. Standing and brushing himself off in his man-made hole, he jumped out of it and sniffed the air. Not a pack, darn. Just a land to wander. Well, he smelt like that last pack anyways. Wandering for a moment, he held his nose to the ground until he noticed a rather pretty female ahead, resembling a young angel. "Well, hello there" He smiled, eyes looking her over. (Yami)

Dezera

Dezera looked confused at him as he went from a furious look into a more relaxed one. Why did he seem to know her? "I'm sorry, who are you? Do I know you?" She asked, confused at this point. Then, almost as something clicked after that she looked at him. "Wait, your that one wolf with that white sister. What your name?" She asked, clicking her tongue together to try and remember. "Akemi, is it?"

Dezera grew hesitant as he asked about what her helper looked like. She didn't know, she should have figured he would've asked this. Her mouth agape, ready to answer when a dark orb went into the air which seemed to cause the dark wolf to almost protect her. Good, she wouldn't have to answer the question just yet.

The violet pup gave a small growl, her fur pricking under the coldness that the shadows gave off. She slowly crept up closer to the dark wolf before giving him a hard stare, she could protect herself. Turning her head, Dezera decided to let his macho-pride win and Dezera took a step back and flattened her ears.

"What's happening?" She asked, her vision growing foggy as the many shadows covered up and made everything black around her, instead of the grays and whites mingled together with the black to form colors and images for her.

She turned as she heard a voice, noticing a male ahead of her. "Oh, hello there!" She smiled, her tail wagging, for she needed some company.. her last experience wasn't the best, maybe this wolf could cheer her up? She smiled at him. "What's your name?" She asked happily.

Turning, he heard Dezeras voice and grew slightly embaressed. "Oh, sorry. Yeah, I'm Akemi..." he didn't smile at her, just took his shadows away. "Sorry about that, I'm used to protecting my stupid sister, didn't mean to offend you or anything.." he sat down, his eyes shifted towards the dark orb. "There's a wolf out there, and I'm just hoping he's not asking for trouble." His voice was stern, and his shadows still casted around his legs, but only up to his chest, so he could still talk to the female. "I don't remember your name.. I'm sorry," he said, still not looking at her.

He grinned at this female, taking a seat and lifting his paw, licking it and fixing his coat which was ruffled from his last fall. "Well, my names Orion. I come from a far away place, and I'm not so sure where I am. Have you ever looked up at the stars?" Not a good time for that line, considering it was daylight, but Orion ignored it, and covered his moves. "Even during the day, sometimes you can get a glimpse at a star, they're always watching us, with such beauty." His smile never left his face and his tail wagged contently as he spoke.

She couldn't help but take a glimpse into the sky as the male told her about stars. No, she never knew they were there during the day, but she wouldn't admit that, for he made it seem so obvious. She asked, remembering he had mentioned something about not knowing where he was.

Sora's grin widened and a deep-throated chuckle escaped the maw. "Nice to meet you, Trio. I'm Sora." There was a familiar wieght upon the shoulder, and the black wolf turned to look who it was. "And this is Yun." Now, why was he called Trio? In another moment, golden eyes widened. Ooh...Only three legs... "Ah, sorry for staring. I was just wondering why you were called Trio. It is such a..." Sora paused, looking for a word... "Unique," the genet added quickly, furry tail wrapping around her wolf's neck. "Yes. Unique. Trio is a very unique name, so I assumed it was a nickname of somesort."

Dezera blinked her eyes, so she was right about his name. "Thanks for the protection, though, even if it's really unnessecary." She snorted and gave off a small laugh. "Why do you protect her, can't she do that on her own? I wouldn't be caught dead protecting my brother, thankfully, he would never want me to protect him. Well, he would never try to protect me in the first place, we'd probably end up getting into a full-on brawl." She said, pride surging through her veins. She was proud about that, not feeling weak and feeble.

Dezera lifted her head and tail up in a dominant manner. "Don't worry about that wolf out there. I bet he'll be too much of a coward to approuch anyway. If he does, then, let him bring trouble. I'm up for it," She spat, her tail twitching back and forth. Her eyes watched as the shadows pretty much blocked out his lower body from her vision. She watched them almost swirl around. Dezera could remember the coldness of them, not affecting her too much since her mother was an ice wolf and prefered an ice-like den setting.

"My name? Dezera," The violet pup replied back, her muzzle turning to the direction where Akemi was looking off into.

"No, actually.." he said, thinking about Yami for a mere second before growling with disgust, "she hates when I protect her, she thinks she can just go out and be safe, but her head is too high in the clouds to realise any potential dangers, so I took on the role of protecting her stupidity, which I also promised our father." He looked at her, his eyebrows raised at her ****yness, "oh really now?" He said, facial expression looking curious to how a young wolf like her could fight when she can't even keep track of her own helper.

But before he blurted anything rude out, he nodded to her. "Its good to see you again Dezera." He said, looking back out to the forest, figuring she was right about the dark wolf being a coward... but, that seemed odd, cause he had never met a coward dark wolf before. He must just be hunting or something.

Dezera shook her tail back and forth. "Ah, so she hasn't realized that the world is just the survival of the fittest and the oblivious ones are usually the first victims? I guess, that's where you come in to protect her long enough until she realizes that." She stated in a monotone type voice.

Seeing his curious expression cross his face about her fighting, she narrowed her silver eyes into slits. "What? You don't believe I could? If you have anything to comment about, please, do tell. I would really love to know what's going on in that dark-wolf mind of your's," Dezera said sharply, giving him a hard look.

She watched him closely, trying to truely figure out if he really meant his words: That it's good to see her again. Surely, he was probably lying. The only time someone wanted to see her was when she was acting innocent and putting on a good-little wolf act.

He snorted at her comment, and his eyes reached her figure once again, "I'm just not used to a female like you," he said, "most females out there, especially my sister.. are all happy, giddy, and annoying," he flicked his tail contently and looked back out towards where the dark orb had appeared, still curious about what was out there. "Your and interesting figure, Dezera." He complimented, although his facial experession made it seem like he was determind and ment his words as more of a stern and formal thing, rather than a friendly mannor.

He wandered out of the tree's weaving like a ghost his shadows cold tendrils floating in a smoke around him. His eyes flashed between eerie purple and black as he beheld the two wolves. A bit closer and this young dark wolf wolf feel the energy surge. He would feel he power increase Banshee could already feel startingto boil. He cold teach this pup so much.

Dezera tilted her ears to the side. "I'm blessed to not be like other females." She said simply, giving her chest fur a few licks as if to put some fur down as it was sticking up. Taking his last one as a compliment, she gave a small nod of her head. "Thank you, almost as much as your interested in that orb?" She asked with a smirk, noticing how he continually watched it. Was he secretly afraid? Dezera doubted it, and hoped that she was correct.

As she noticed that a much older black wolf with dark gray markings approuch. She stood firmly. "Looky who's gracing us with his presence," She cooed, not afraid of this wolf. Yes, she didn't have an element and very limited training. But, she wasn't frightened and could, well, handle herself. She noticed by the dark wolf's gaze, that he was very intent on Akemi and could almost see a twinkle in the wolf's eyes.

He nodded to her, "don't ever change, your one in a million." Although he meant his words, they were spoken in a monotone voice as he was distracted by the noise of the dark wolf approaching. Now seeing him, he noticed he was much larger and older than he, but couldn't tell his intentions. The dark stare was a bit uneasy, and Akemi felt the hair on the back of his neck raise in awkwardness.. why was he staring at him with those engaged eyes? Akemi glanced at Dezera, another natural habbit of making sure she was okay. He stepped forward, not quite infront of her but intending to be closer to the male than she was.

"What do you want?" He asked blankly, holding the stare of the dark wolf, although his was more of an angered stare, somewhat of annoyance.

He felt a bit uncomfortable at the fact that the wolf already discovered his handicap. He backed away a bit, as to hide his shamefull side, and turned slightly. "Yeah.. It's a nickname.. I don't really go by my old name, doesn't really fit, and Trio does, so what the heck." Sure, Trio didn't like being called Trio throughout his whole childhood as a joking name, but he accepted it to act tough, and to this day.. it just sorta fit him. Who wanted to be called corneileous anyways? Trio was definatly better.

He looked up at the wolf, and tried to act like his handicap was no big deal. "Thats the price you pay when your a warrior I suppose.." He let out a light chuckle, yeah, warrior sounded a lot better than mistake.. that was for sure. "So, what are you doing around these parts? I presume your new around here aswell?"

"Oh, you see.. I was wishing upon a star, trying to reconnect with my family, and all was going well until I blasted off in atempt to leave the ozone layer, which might I add is an incredibly hard challange," He grinned at her, "Takes a lot of strength.." Sitting down infront of her, a good few feet away he continued to explain his 'situation'. "So there I was, flying up towards the stars and BOOM! I crashed, and now here I am, hungry, lost, and clueless on my location." He sighed, giving her sad eyes, "All I want is to see my family again.."

Oh great. It happened again. Just when a wolf would finally start a conversation, here came the unntended insults. Black ears flattened against Sora's skull. "Sorry, I didn't mean to make you feel uncomfortable. Really." The shapeshifter stared down at the white-socked paws in silence. This wasn't going as planned. "Aye. I guess so. I wouldn't know. My parents were hunters, and my pack destroyed before I could ever really fight." Golden eyes raised to gaze up at the three-legged male. "I dunno. Just... I dunno. It's not like I have anywhere else to go," the black wolf confessed, bat-like wings fanning out in a shrug.

She couldn't help but feel pity for this space wolf. "I'm sorry about your troubles.." she said, giving him a sympathetic look. "We could hunt together, if your hungry.." she smiled at him, maybe that'd cheer him up? She never hunted without Akemi though.. it would be a big step to independacy.. at that thought, Yamis eyes lightened, "come on! Let's go!" She smiled, standing and turning to head towards a quieter part of the forest, of course waiting for her new friend.

Oh, so this fool wanted to steal his darkness for more power? How pathetic. Glaring at the male, he rolled his eyes and turned back to Dezera. Why this wolf needed more power at this moment? He didn't know, or care anymore. Obviously the male just wanted to look tough, but for obvious reasons, Akemi still kept on guard, using his perrifeal view to eye the dark wolf as he tried to 'ignore him'.

"So anyways," he said, trying to remember what their conversation was before the male made a scene. "Oh, right. What did your helper look like again?" Akemi thought for a moment, "maybe Alvin might have seen him around. He can go look for him too, he's got nothin better to do anyways, besides sleep."

At the sound of his name, the little elephant looking mouse lifted his head up and out of Akemis deep mane behind his neck. Being the same color, he had blended in well and unnoticed as he took a slight snooze. "What about Alvin?" The shrew asked, walking up and onto Akemis head as he looked down at Dezera, a curious face he held.

He felt sympathy for this wolf at the moment, and nodded to him. "I feel ya, I don't have anywhere else to go either. Ever feel like your just, not connected in the picture of life?" He shrugged, sure.. this wolf would probably have no idea what he was talking about. Trio must have just taken the whole 'three-legged' jokes throughout his life too personally, and never really felt like he fit in.

"Er... My element?" Sora gulped nervously, and shuffled around a bit. Could this wolf be Soul of Psychic? if so, the lie would be useless. "My element is Soul." It was Kon's element, and so it also belonged with his shape. The winged wolf offered the triple-legged wolf an embarrassed smile. "I just get nervous because nobody ever seems to like Soul very much, so I have to hide it." Hopefully, that would cover it.

Dezera's ears flickered and turned to look at Akemi once more. He asked about her helper again. Oh, geeze. She would probably admit the truth to him. She definitly didn't want to say it right in front of the new dark wolf here. She stood silently, turning her head to watch the large black and gray wolf. As the wolf gave advice and walked away, she had a smile starting to snake across her muzzle. "I was just definitly about to say that, stealing my thoughts, eh?" She gave an amused laugh.

Seeing nothing more of the other wolf, she shook her fur. "Uh, my helper?" She started, once more, with a frown. "Uh, the thing is, Akemi. I actually don't have my helper yet, so I'm looking for it. I can't be involoved in my pack's war without it, and I desperatly want to be in the war. So, I have to find him. I figure it'll be a whimp or dead already. So, how do you find a helper that you don't know exist?" She asked with a frusterated snort. Her annoyance toward herself and her unknown helper was coarsing through her veins once more.

His ears raised as Dezera came out with the truth. She hadn't gotten her helper yet? She was kinda old.. this confused him. "Well," he said, trying to offer the best advice he could, although he ddnt have much. "Alvin just sorta, came into my life. Honestly, its when you least expect it. Just keep living your life, explore a lot and eventually you'll come across him or her." He shrugged, "most helpers aren't weak, and if they are, your element will just yave to be stronger so you keep them safe," he looked around through the trees. "And it'll be a strange animal. Run into a talking frog? That might be your helper," he sighed, wishing he could help her find her helper, but he knew that was a wolf - to - helper - bond that he could not interfear. "Would you like to explore the other lands? Maybe if I distract you from thinking about it, you'll come across him?" Akemi just made a horrible mistake. Here he was getting distracted by pretty girls, just like he told his sister NOT to do, especially leave the forest, a rule he set himself, but seemed to have forgotten about.

She shrugged, "iill do me best," she sighed, standing. 'Gotta make wolves happy, whatever it takes.' She remembered Lux's advice and took a breath to calm her nerves. Quickly, she dashed into the nearby trees that were closer together. Being lazy, Yami lifted a bright orb into the air, blinding anything nearby within a 8 foot radius of her. Sure enough, as she looked around for a blind creature, she discovered a chipmunk and snapped its neck, returning to Orion as she dropped it at his feet, "good?" She asked, wagging her tail a bit.
