Name: Amberlee "Amber" Johnson

Age: 19

Appearance: Very plain, and could almost be considered pretty, Amberlee has good bone structure, and curves in all the right places. She is fairly tall, being almost five-foot-seven, and is a little thinner than most girls her age. Her cheekbones are high, acentuating her smile whenever she does. Her skin is a soft peachy-color that seldom tans in the intense sun-it tends to burn. She has, strangely, one pointed ear, on her left-side that makes her look to be some-sort of half-elf. She doesn't wear makeup, but it she did, she may possibly be considered beautiful.

Her hair is a dark, dirty blonde that others say might be brunette, that is a little past her shoulders. The hair is straight, with small waves at the ends, some strands having little curls. It tends to be a little frizzy and out of place, especially on moist days. Amberlee keeps it down, and tucked behind her ears, or in a messy bun when she's working on something. Her eyes are slightly almond-shaped and a deep forest-green.

On a good day, she wears a plain, elbow-length, beige woolen dress with a heathered, asparagus-colored bustier, and occasionally an apron. Arond her neck is a smooth blue pebble on a cord of leather that her younger sister gave to her. She does have a single formal gown, emerald green with paler green lace surrounding the low-cut neck and the sleeves. Only on these occasions where a gown is needed will she ever wear 'proper' jewelry, a small pendant of matching emerald.

Personality: Amberlee tends to be polite and a little shy, especially when meeting new people, and tends to over-curtsy. She is not a stranger to blushing, and will sometimes twirl her hair. While working, walking, or practically doing anything else, she will talk to herself as if another person were by her side. A little on the forgetful side, Amber sometimes forgets what she was supossed to do, especially when she wasn't paying all that attention in the first place. She does like to daydream. The girl is funny, and can laugh at herself if she trips up or makes a mistake. One may say she is a bit of an airhead, but is really quite down to earth. She doesn't like talking much, and enjoys listening to other people. She loves cute things, cats especially, and fruit. Though anyone can be angered, it usually takes a lot for Amberlee to become angry, but even then, it's not that explosive. It's more of a quietly-simmer anger that usually lasts for an hour before she forgets it for at least another week. She is sometimes frugal and will use something until it literally falls apart.

History: Amberlee was born into a lower-middle-class bakers' family. Even when she was little, she was destined to inherit the bakery one day, so she was taught to make pastries and bread and the like at around ten. Her favorite time of the year was when it was nearing Christmas, or Thanksgiving, because then she could make lefse. When she was twelve, she was 'employed' at her parent's bakery. Most of money that she made would go towards the family of her father, mother, and by that time, younger sister. But she was allowed to keep a little portion of it that she always saved until she could buy something she really wanted. As Amberlee got older, she started to, not quite dislike, but something of that nature, the bakery. She didn't want to be doing the same things over and over again, and that she wanted to make actual meals for people, instead of just bread. Besides, the business was beginning to go downhill and her family needed the extra money that she could earn(especially for a dowry, which at that time, wasn't very much). So at eighteen, she set out and began doing odd kitchen jobs for hire, sending the majority of it to her family and only keeping enough for her rent and what little food she allowed herself.

Over the few years, Amberlee sometimes got bored, and so she started practicing throwing knives, though not the ones of her employers, and has since become quite skilled at it to the point where she once had to fend off a potential rapist/mugger with the skill when walking home on a dark night.

Other: She is quite good with the knife, as her favorite pasttime is either potato peeling, or throwing them, she can't decide. She does have a small bit of a lung problem where if she runs for too long, they begin to burn and she can't breath all that well.
