New Wolf Era

Anastasia Reznov

Anastasia shifted in place, noticing the prideful yet calming stature. She eased off as if talking to another wolf of royalty. Anastasia frowned, "No, I grew terrified and ran. My mate is somewhere, I don't really know where now. I seemed to have lost him once more." Anastasia looked about her once more. "It appears I'm always getting lost, I even got lost in Space and wound up here." She sheepishly admitted, buttoning her lips as she felt as if she was only embarrassing herself further.

Anastasia raised her muzzle up to look at the sky, feeling almost a longing to go home. She desperatly wished that Tragen was able to venture into Space with her.

Masika

She turned to cuddle into Eziek, smiling at him for a moment before watching Mizuki venture into the den. "She's too sweet." Masika whispered, closing her eyes to enjoy the noise of nature. It was silent, and the grass was blowing; almost as if it was picking up speed, and Masika knew from her element that that old feeling meant it was to rain soon. She shrugged it off, not knowing the dangers of being on a mountain when it rained.. she personally was looking forward to it, hoping the rain would be beautiful, if it did come.

Closing her eyes, the sweet smell of the mountain lulled Masika to sleep, drifting her into wonderland as she slept cuddled up to her mates side. Her stomach was beginning to ache, and she had to roll around constantly to stay comfortable, not realizing just yet the troublesome duo that stirred inside.

Eziek

Eziek had a wide smile at Mizuki as she acted surprised. She did perfectly in her acting, but Eziek felt that she was also jumping around in happiness at hearing the news once more. He gave her a dip of his head, "Masika and I will settle down for the night somewhere, she needs her rest. We all do. Got a big day tomorrow, I plan to get up that mountain side." Eziek smiled, jerking his head upward to look up the large slope.

"Good night, Mizzy." He barked to his 'mother', as she walked into the den. Eziek turned toward his mate, licking her gently on the forehead as she started to drift off into sleep. He stayed awake a while to admire her, before resting his head against the back of her neck. His ears turned to point at Masika's stomach, listening to the small pups...2!...slumber away along with their mother. His little family. The thought alone was enough to make him fall into a peaceful sleep.

Anastasia Reznov

Her smile turned bright as he decided to accompany her, making her steps lighter and almost hovering with the help of her wings. It sure did grow lonely up here, he was the first wolf to talk to her besides the minute with Jayce before Tragen scared him off and the appearance of a ruffian female. Sure, Tragen was great. But sometimes, Anastasia felt he wasn't enough to conquer all of her attention.

" Just traveling through the mountains. We planned to just come here quickly, but we ended up getting lost for months. I wouldn't count that as living." Anastasia shrugged her dainty shoulders. Where was home? Lysunder was always there for her, something she was always comfortable with. This planet still didn't soothe her homesickness. How could she return back?

"Princess Anastasia!" Shouted Sobek, his wings flapping rapidly as he pecked at Anastasia.

"Yes, my Sobek?" She asked, with a perfect smile.

"Look! The stars have aligned!" It was remarkable, it appeared they formed the family crest. The smooth swirl followed by perfect spots nestled between the curvature of the shape. There was no mistaking: Reznov.

"Oh my..." Anastasia breathed out breathlessly, she had to go. Had to go into that direction. Anastasia almost mindlessly started to trail backwards. She paused, glanced toward the direction that would probably lead to Tragen. She felt a tightness, a strange pulling of her heart. Oh, how could she choose? Maybe if she talked to him, she might be able to convince him into coming with her?

Anastasia turned to Greyson, almost as if her eyes were begging him to push her into some pathway.

Anastasia Reznov

Her features dropped, along with her chin as he spoke. What did her heart say? That was the true question. Anastasia looked up at Greyson. "I suppose I must have a word with him, once I find him. We are a team, afterall. It would only be fair." Anastasia said hopeful. Her striped eyes glittered as she brought her head up to look at the stars above her again. Anastasia smiled as the large wolf gave his input on inner feelings toward each path. "Thank you, Sir Greyson. Let's first complete this mission in finding him first." She winked at him, shaking her fur with a mixture of luck and starry shimmer off her coat.

Anastasia pranced onward, each step it seemed she appeared more optimistic. More sure about her answer, noticing a black and white wolf slumbering ahead. There was no fooling who that wolf was. Anastasia quickened her pace to go and meet him up.

Masika

The female let out a groan as Eziek confronted her, and she quietly leaned into him. Upon the arrival of the more pepper Mizuki, she looked over in almost a crankier, more emotional way. "Yes, I'm pregnant. Can't you tell? You have two eyes." 

Once she finished telling Mizuki off, she randomly broke down into an emotional fit, crying her eyes out.

It seemed her hormones were acting up, and becoming a much stronger effect due to the overwhelming amount of pain her weaker body was producing. She looked over to Eziek, her eyes watering as she felt herself choke up. She wasn't sure what to do with herself any more, and she just wanted to be somewhere warm. Her teeth began to chatter, and especially due to the higher winds of the mountain tops, her fur just wasn't quite cutting it for warmth. 

Mizuki

She would have smiled had Masika not blown up on her, but the sudden hysterical emotions made her stand off a bit, looking to Eziek as if she didn't know what to do. Mizuki hadn't been around a pregnant wolf before.. and she didn't realize it was this upsetting. 

She nodded to Eziek while looking up to the skies. It felt like it was getting darker as the day carried on, even though noon was getting closer. Surely the mountains would have rain today, which made her want to rush even more.

"Kira!"

As the raccoon was called, Mizuki lowered herself and allowed the little elderly coon to make her way onto the theif wolves back. Mizuki reached a paw out to swipe up Ezieks element, nodding to him as he explained what to do. She quickly reached down, grabbing Masika's tail as though she would be guiding the rear. With a loose grip in her mouth, Mizuki pulsed in pain relieving elemental force as she tried to help the pregnant wolf down the mountain.

"Sera pack." Mizuki said, "Let's go there. I know of wolves that spoke wonderfully of that place, and Bluejay lives there, Captains friend. She'll let us in, I'm sure of it!" Little did she know, the wolves that lived there were now gone and passed on, but Mizuki stepped onwards, having faith in her visions. "Now, if only we can track it down, I think I remember where it's at.." She said, attempting to remember the memories of the packlands, of which she so vaguely knew of.

Mizuki

She let out a shrug as Eziek seemed off by the thoughts of her joining a pack. "I wouldn't mind." Mizuki said, looking to the sky. "I just want what's best for my grandchildren, and knowing I won't be around forever.. I'd like to know their safe. We wouldn't want a little one getting lost like you did, remember? You're lucky you found me..." She let out a sigh, not wanting her grandpups to be lost in a world of nothing. In a pack, they would have potential, and a family. She knew it was for the best.

"I just hope they accept and elder like ol' me." She said, letting out a sigh. "Perhaps my element will be my key in.. but Kira's not doing so hot.. I fear the worst." She looked behind her shouldar at Kira, who was constantly sleeping. Surely the coon was much older than any other coon would live, considering she was a helper.. it put a lot of strain on her, and she knew she needed rest.

"A pack will be good for us, we just need to be super convincing." She said, "I just hope we run into Bluejay before the Alphas."

Eziek

He could help but give a hearty laugh at Mizuki. "If they're going to be anything like me, those two will be running about getting into all sorts of things. We'll have our paws full, at least we have an extra helper to join a search party if they wandered off." He laughed, glad that Mizuki was still going to be around to help with the pups. They'd love her, just as he did. She was wonderful with pups, a shame that she never had her own. Then again, he was always a pup to Mizuki.

"I'm sure they'll accept you if you're willing to help out with the pups. If they don't, then that's not a pack we'd like to join." Eziek firmly put, wagging his tail as he turned back toward Masika as she wandered off to lay down.

Eziek was quick to her side, "Sweetie, we have to keep going. We're almost into the forest, then you can rest." Eziek pleaded with his mate, feeling exposed up here. He pushed his muzzle into her abdomen, "Deep Breaths." He willed her before detecting how dilated she was becoming. Placing a paw onto her side, he pressed down and slightly massaged the area.

Masika

The female let out a bellowing howl of pain, but attempted to bring herself to her feet. She didn't have much longer, as her water had broken and she was about to give birth.

"Move, move move!" She said, suddenly picking up her pace, before tripping over her two feet.

It was a horrible movement, but Masika took a bad tumble and fell off the edge of the mountain, rolling downhill towards the bottom. As she rolled, tumbled and fell, she hit hard and her eyes were shut, lying on the bottom of the mountain side as she gasped for air, contractions aching as she wished to be free from the unbearable pain, blood now dripping from her hard hid against her skull.

Kestral

Kestral gave a nod, turning to look at Kenna before they went forward. "Then, right it is." He said, leaning in to give her a kiss on her right cheek before leading the way. He looked back to her, smiling. Part of him wished to be close to Kenna, to be as one. 

An interesting idea took over himself as he continued on, and he couldn't help but feel awkward in the stomach. Part of him wanted to grab ahold of Kenna and take her down, but he didn't know why. His love for her was uncontrollable, and he didn't quite know what to do with all the extra energy he was feeling, being so close and alone with her. Speeding up his pace, Kestral was surprised as they entered a smaller area, which must have been a wrong turn. On the bright side, it was close to the gems and the room was light with a vibrant green, perhaps a different room that was unknown to any and all others. Kestral looked back at Kenna, his knees trembling as he wished to kiss her, again and again. Sitting down, Kestral attempted to control himself, but for some reason, his instincts were beginning to kick in. He made his way to Kenna side, playfully nipping at her ear, before whispering softly,

"Have I ever told you how beautiful you are?"

Kestral

The male felt his stomach lift one again as Kenna's fur and hip was felt against his side. It made him jump up a pit, to nip at her once again before circling her as if impatient, attempting to figure out what was wrong with himself.

"Kenna, I just.. I don't know.." He was trying to explain him emotions, hormones kicking in as he felt himself attempt to mount her, pulling away from feeling like he was going to hurt her, then walking away and turning to face her.

"I just have this feeling. This feeling of feelings. I'm a different color. I don't get it." He said, standing as if he couldn't control himself once again, making his way towards her as he went for her neck, nibbling on it as he began to lick her face, his tail wagging from excitement. "I feel this way every time I think about how beautiful you are." He said, shaking his head, then sitting down, looking to the floor.

"I just don't know what to do." 

Kestral

The males ears lifted and he smiled back at her, listening carefully as he attempted to understand the meaning of lust. Kestral was never taught of these things in life, it was the first he heard of it. Yachiru had taught the pups back in the day about the stork, so what was all this nonsense about? He didn't really believe Kenna at first, but eventually.. he started to consider. Especially since he couldn't sit still much longer, forcing himself to stand by her again, his attempt wasn't a success again from being nervous, so it was almost awkward how many times he was attempting to mount her before changing his mind, and ending up nuzzling her to nip at her neck and press against her side with his.

"Well, what should I do?" He asked, wanting some sort of answer, "Should I go sit in time-out?" He asked, almost feeling like this was a bad thing, even if he sort of liked it.

"I feel like I need you, but I feel like.. I can't, I don't want to hurt you, every time I do that weird.. thing." He said, meaning his mounting issue.

Eziek

The green wolf flinched as she bolted like a frightened deer. He was completely confused as what was going on with her, and promised himself to make sure to lay off the hormones that went through her system. Maybe he put too much into her?

"Masika, wait!" Eziek called back before giving chase to go after her, after he had given a very bothersome look to Mizuki. "It's not safe---" His words choked him up, she was in labor and this could harm the pups inside her. And Eziek ate his words, watching as his love tumbled off the edge of a rocky cliff.

His eyes grew extremely wide as he pushed himself to run to the edge for he could no longer see his mate. Did he just lose his mate, right when he finally had her? Did he just lose the pups, the perfect mixtures of them? Eziek forced himself to skid to a halt at the edge, but every part of his being shook to follow after her.

He was panting heavily as his eyes searched for the worse; her broken body among the chasm. "Masika!" He howled out before lowering his gaze downward. She was at the bottom and there was a red stream running down her beautiful face.

Without much care for his own safety, Eziek pushed himself to skid down the slope in an uneasy manner. With the wrong footing, he could very well join Masika at the bottom. Approaching the bottom, Eziek gave a pitiful whimper as he jumped to her side.

"Oh, Massy. I shouldn't have pushed you to keep going. I'm so sorry." He apologized with a cracked voice, thinking it was all his fault. Eziek, then, went into healing mood.

"Honey, can you open your eyes. Please, I want to see those pretty eyes." Eziek begged, if she could open her eyes and see, then she'd be fairly okay. It'd be better to assess her. But in the mean time, he needed the pups out and he needed them out now. If it wasn't for his nerves running on full speed, the blood trickling from her head might've sent him into a state of blood lust.

Karl


The young wolf was exploring, looking for somewhere he could truly belong, or maybe look for some friends who wouldn't judge or make fun of him. He stood at the base of the mountain, then looked over his shoulders in case there was someone following him. He finally gathered up the courage to climb the mountain, he started climbing while Carlee clung to his back being afraid of heights. Then suddenly he ran right into another winged wolf. "Unf!" He grunted as he fell right on his butt and nearly lost his balance but regained it as he sat on a ledge. "I-I'm S-So Sorry." He said to the older male wolf who was making his way down the mountain. "I'm so clumsy sometimes...I really should watch where I'm going..." He said while looking down, his cheeks turning red. He was just ready for this wolf to make fun of him or bully him.

Masika

Her body was limp, but she could hear everything her mate, and Mizuki, were saying. She felt like she was being lifted, which caused her to open her eyes.

"I won't" Masika said, unable to complete the rest of her sentence, and instead thinking, 'I won't lose you, not just yet' 

Her eyes stayed focused on the green blur she loved so much, although she couldn't talk or speak, she knew he was there. Flying through the skies, Masika only knew to do one thing; push.

Giving birth in the sky wasn't exactly the most comforting things, but after quite some time, and pain from both the fall and the labor, Masika soon had two pups, a pink ball and a blue ball, lying by her side. They were covered in blood, and Masika hadn't done much more than give birth, unable to tend to them from her accident. She laid there making whining noises, just praying to hear her babies whine with signs of life; hoping, they would have survived.

Kestral

The male, after recollecting his thoughts and controlling his growing hormones, collected himself and scurried quickly to catch up to the most beautiful wolf in the world. Kestral's smile opened wide, thinking about how amazing this discovery could be. Looking around, he tried to figure out just what they could bring back with them. A strange thought came upon him, and he turned to Kenna.

"What if we never find our way out of here?!" He said, almost in a nervous voice. He didn't want to sound scared for Kenna, he would be brave for her.

Were his knee's trembling? 

Reaching out to grab ahold of Kenna's softer tail, Kestral gave her a comforting smile. Looking around, he noticed the white-colored fish, and he was immediately distracted.

"FISH!" Kestral said, letting Kenna's tail go and darting towards the edge of the pure waters. He dunked his head into the water, only to come up with...

nothing.

"Meh! Bad first try." Kestral said, looking down in attempt to yet again, catch a fish.

Tragen

Crow had been staring straight up at the sky in a kind of trance until his wolf started making noise. "She's not going to hear you if you just yell. She's long gone, gone, gone. Speaking of which...where have you been? Where have I been?" Tragen looked to his helper and shook his head, trying to clear it. "Well where did she go?" The black bird tilted his from left to right before looking at his wolf "I think she is going home, she was howling to someone I think." He hadn't been paying attention to most of things that had been happening. "She fluttered on that a way." he lifted a talon to point towards the beach. Without saying another word he sprouted wings and clumsily glided to the ground. "You might be a bit. She seemed pretty set to-I'm hungry. Find me a nice place." Crow squacked as he landed on Tragen's back after he retracted his wings. He started in the direction Crow had pointed "Even if Anastasia is determined to leave. Even I can't be with her anymore. I can still say goodbye."
