New Wolf Era

Camilla

Camilla tilted her ear towards Tahlia when she cried out for help "Just give me a second...." She launched her the three stalagmites and two stalactites at the male before digging through the rock extremely fast, closing the hole up behind her. She opened up her tunnel underneath the struggling female and went to yank her free from whatever was pushing her. If she was successful she would close the hole up behind them.

Camilla

She still couldn't see very well but this the normal kind of darkness, the kind where you could at least make things out. Not the kind up there, with that male who she now assumed was a dark wolf "We should get going so we can get some distance between him and us. We should be okay for a while, shadows can't go through solid rock." She turned towards a direction that would be the shortest dig out and started to shift the rock and dirt.

Camilla

"Right, you have some explaining to do. If what he said was true, why did you leave your pack?" Normal packs don't send another wolf to forcably bring back another member who ran off. Something was definitely going on here.

Camilla

"Sounds like a great guy. Someone who wants to play the hero..." Wasn't that what she was doing? Camilla was mainly just doing it because no one should be able to force a wolf into something they don't want. Now she really didn't want Tahlia going back to this pack, being attacked and raped for wanting to love? That's messed up. Tahlia seemed depressed so she thought she should get her talking about things she liked, she only knew one thing though "So tell me about this Marcus of yours. Whats he like, whats the story of you two becoming mates?"

Camilla

She stopped digging, looked back at Tahlia, then went back to digging "Like, a vampire? You mean like the things that suck blood." She had to hold in her laughter, Marcus must have been using that in some way to get to her. Poor Tahlia "Well, for a vampire to have fallen for you, you must be really something."

Camilla

No no no, they couldn't afford a break down cry. She stopped her digging and fell back beside Tahlia where she pressed up against her comfortingly "Hey now, none of that. If he's a vampire then he must be tough so I'm sure he's perfectly fine."

Tragen

It was the best sleep he ever had, right next to his beautiful new mate. He was happily sleeping when he was nudged and raised his head up slowly only to have it plop back down, it was still night. His right ear perked up as she spoke, blocked in? His eyes popped open and he stared right into the snow piled up against the entrance "Well that's not good. If theres that much snow piled like that it'd be too dangerous to clear it. Leaving us with the only option to..." Tragen went silent and looked further into the mountain. He got up and stretched with what room he had then pressed his nuzzle into her neck "I can still try to clear out the snow and keep you safe on the way down outside. You shouldn't have to go back into the mountain."

Tragen

He shook his head, unsure. He parted from her to ram himself into the snow that blocked the entrance to see if he could silodge any of it. Even though he was a fairly good size, it was too hard for him to move it in this small space "I know your scared but we'regonna to have to go through the tunnels to get out." he smiled and gave her a lick on the cheek "It'll be fine though cause now I'm here with you." He went a little bit further in past her and sniffed, he couldn't smell anything right now that was out of the ordinary. They had to hurry, as far as Tragen knew Crow was outside in the snow. He hoped his helper was smart enough to take shelter but with him you could never be sure.

Anastasia Reznov

"Don't hurt yourself too much." Anastasia lightly joked, offering him a small smile to try and ease her jitters. Anastasia stared off into the depths of the tunnel that yawned out before her. She could almost remember the smell of dankness and dust. Her nostrils flared out as she looked to Tragen. "Just don't wander too far off." Anastasia's voice shook as she spoke. She quickly followed after him, always pressed against him. She knew it'd be a little difficult in the more narrow parts. Her eyes started to widen at the darkness. Times like this was where she was glad that she was graced with the space element, it gave her an advantage to see better in the darkness.

"Take the lead." She whispered, turning her head back to look behind her. One last look at home-ground before they'd venture on it.

Anastasia Reznov

In the tight tunnel, Anastasia's wings folded tightly against herself and she felt her heart beat hard against her chest. This was a close call for her, and she could taste the suffocating dust that clung to the walls of this place. Her ears folded backwards as she pushed on before it widened out once more.

Anastasia couldn't help but emitt a giggle as Tragen walked into the wall. She pushed besides him and licked him on the nose. "Try not to run into too many walls. I don't want you seeing more stars than I do." Anastasia smiled, the mood lightened by his accident.

Anastasia Reznov

"Then, let's make sure that doesn't happen." Anastasia stated plainly with a small smile on her face. Anastasia tilted her head, her head swinging back and forth as if to calculate where they were located. "Right?" She asked, her ears turned to the side and her tail laid still at her ankles. "I think that could work...it'd just lead to another criss-cross." She mused, remebering the endless running. She knew certain areas well enough, as it constantly went into a large circle.

Anastasia Reznov

She gave a bright smile upon his lick to her cheek. Anastasia slowed to follow besides him. "Nothing ever is in these caves. I'm surprised I didn't starve to death." She nervously giggled and padded up to his side. She brushed against him, feeling more comfortable the closer she was pressed up against him. "At least I don't have much to fear now that I have you near me." Anastasia smiled, her eyes glancing around in the darkness. She wondered how long that they were in these depths or if they would ever get out in time.

Anastasia Reznov

"Water, there isn't much. Just hope the snow melts to drip puddles around here." Anastasia sighed with exasperation. She looked around, there was one area where water was found but in this maze, she had very little clue on the where-abouts of such location. She felt comforted by his words, feeling a heavy relief lift off her shoulders. "But, Tragen, what happens if something happens to you? What would I do?" She asked, in all seriousness. She never thought of losing him for good, the thought was incomprehendable.

Anastasia Reznov

Her eyes glittered in the dark light of the cave, almost like those of small stars. "I just cannot help but fear the worst as I have been in these depths once." She replied, her eyes searching his for a moment. Her teal striped tail swayed slowly, gently gliding against the wall of the den. She dipped her chin toward him. He was right, she shouldn't be thinking about it. Anastasia's ears went back, she didn't want any one else to take care of her. "Don't ever leave." She whispered under her breath, he probably wouldn't catch anything more than a soft mumble of words.

Her eyes lifted up and looked forward, her nose twitching to the smell of the dank walls that surrounded water. No doubt it'd be close by, even if it'd taste metallic.

Anastasia Reznov

The Space princess perked her head up, offering a small smile before exchanging the head rub. Her eyes gave off a small sparkle and her wings started to glitter out of happiness. Anastasia gave a sigh of contentness before she heard the small trickling of water up ahead.

"I think it's up there!" She exclaimed, quickening her pace to go after the water. She was right, approuching, there was a small creek that flowed downward. Lowering her head, she lapped at the fresh water, it held a metallic taste that she wasn't used to. This caused her to make a strange, disgrunted look on her face but she was desperate to quench her thirst, so she endulged in it.

Anastasia Reznov

After getting her fill of water, the princess almost felt a weighing down, bloating feeling as it was the first time her stomach had something within it. "You have?!" She asked, suddenly all her attention was on Tragen. She was glancing about but it looked to be just water. She licked her lips, to wipe the access amount away from her.

"Where, Tragen?" Anastasia smiled at her mate, hoping he'd lead the way to their freedom.

Anastasia Reznov

Anastasia slunk behind Tragen, keeping her head down as if expecting something to jump out at them. Her paws scrambled along the slope, it held a thin sheet of ice as the water froze as the air grew colder as they ventured closer. She felt herself slip, fumbling and pushing into Tragen to try and regain her balance. She wasn't used to this type ground.

"Oh no..." Anastasia sighed as they approuched, it was just a mere crack. Her hopes lowered, making her own ears follow her thoughts. As Tragen grew angry and into a grizzly bear, Anastasia shrunk back against a wall to be out of his way. She didn't want to accidentaly be in the way and get lashed at. Her wings opened up, finally an opening large enough to stretch her butterfly wings out. They gave off a shimmer and started to sparkle as the collected dust scattered off of it with every light beat of her wings. "Be careful..."

Anastasia Reznov

Flinching, Anastasia backed up farther into the musty cave. Even if it was her mate that was now the bear in front of her, she wasn't used to this aggressiveness. Anastasia clamped her eyes shut, hearing the thuds of each smash into the thick rock. She shuddered each time, but heard the crashing of rocks on the ground.

Peeking through her eyes, there was a flooding of bright light. She could barely see and kept blinking to try and adjust themselves. Pawing at her face as if that would help with the light, Anastasia slowly started to walk toward the entrence.

She gingerly placed a paw out on the small grass patch that was outside. It felt strange, she was used to rocks now. "Oh, Tragen, you did it!" She shouted, a tear forming out of happiness or just from the flooding of light. She danced around in place, her lavender fur looked extremely dull and hued with thick gray dust.

Anastasia Reznov

Anastasia felt a heavy blush cross over her features as Tragen complimented her, despite his condition, he still managed to utter it out. Anastasia smiled but then let out a squeal as he fell to the ground. Anastasia dropped to his side and brush herself up besides him. "Just rest, sweetie." She pressed her muzzle into him, "Then, we'll head away from these dreadful mountains."

Anastasia didn't wish to be in this area for some time now, she didn't want to experiment with getting lost once more. Besides, it would always be good to explore a different area, maybe one that would be more suitable for raising a family. A family...something Ana felt overwhelmed about. Had she grown up that quickly?

Anastasia Reznov

"I can't wait, I'm sure you'll find the perfect place." Anastasia lowered her head to drape across his shoulders as he soon dozed off. She looked about her, her ears angling upward to catch any foriegn sound that might cause her to wake Tragen up in a panic. Nothing seemed to be around, just the whistling of high mountain winds.

Anastasia watched as her mate's helper fell down from the sky, noticing her own colorful helper soon landing besides Crow. "Oh thank the heavens of Andromeda!" Sobek cawed out, giving a low bow toward Anastasia. "I figured you'd be lost again, and I'd have to continue hanging around this...pest." Sobek tilted his large beak upwards away from Crow. He was half-joking, slowly growing used to hanging around Tragen's helper.
