"Well you seem to have the build for it, as well as fierceness. I'm sure you'll make good warrior." What was he good at? He could hunt, not the best but he could, and he could at least defend himself. Then again he hadn't had the need to fight in the past.

He smiled and nodded in agreement. "You do, indeed, have a nice figure." Was that something he should have said? "And such pretty eyes." He hoped he didn't sound creepy, just trying to be friendly. Wouldn't do good to creep out the daughter of the Alpha before trying to join.

Not to mention that when she looked up at him like she did it made him want to tell her what she wanted. "They are very mesmerizing when I stare into them." She blushed a lot, teenage females must do that a lot. He wouldn't know much about it though.

Didn't he already say that? "Yes, very pretty." He kept the friendly tone instead of the one usually given when repeating something. Zeta did a snake's version of an eyebrow raise at Xena but decided to shrug it off and close her eyes again.

His eyes were blazing at Marcus, his mind was reeling with the amount of anger he felt pulsating. He could almost feel like in his tended wounds. "Desertion. I don't take to kindly to that. It shows weakness in you and your skills that you bring to this pack. We needed another fighter, two of us couldn't hold off a beast of that size. I did not tell you that you could leave nor did I fully arrive to the scene when I saw you left, leaving Vierro alone to fend the beast off." He snarled, edging closer to the wolf. "You see this injury, I could have very well avoided this damn thing if you were there."

His tongue flickering between his fangs in a hissing like manner. "What was so f*cking important that you needed to tend to before defending this pack?" He asked, wanting answers. Xavier didn't play games and he was one to never take such things lightly.

"Not much of a warrior." He suddenly went into a sarcastic laugh, "I chose the rankings. Not you, fresh meat. Besides, hunters are for females when they aren't breeding. They lack the skill and toughness to excel in the mastery of defense."

When she looked at him this time his third eye glowed and changed to be the same purple color of her eyes. He smiled again and laughed softly. "Theres no doubt about that. I'm sure you'll have no trouble fighting them off either." He was weak, this was a weakness. One he'd have to watch out for in the future.

Damn, Xavier was too angry and he didn't have the energy too make the hypnosis more powerful. He kept calm as Xavier voiced the reasons for his anger and niether showed arrogance or submission "I was the first to have shown up when the werewolf broke loose. I was clubbed by the brute a good many times to where it hindered any fighting. Your scent wasn't hard to pick up once you got close, it is everywhere afterall. I left because, as I said, I would have gotten in your way leaving you with greater inuries." He made sure to keep his attitude in check when the male started talking about defending the pack "If the pack's safety is important to you than why keep the monster here? Because his other self makes a good servant? You already have wolves at your call."

He made a show of looking her over. "Hmm...you eyes mainly at this point. You have a nice figure and I like how you can think above the age of a teenager." The light dimmed and changed back to its original color. "I'll probably need to get to know you better to have more things on the least."

As the demonstration ended he felt, oh what was it, dissapointed. But he got over it for it was only a demonstration. "Doesn't really seem like something to do for fun. More like something two would do to get warm when it was cold." This was a good answer in his mind.

It may be weird, but a pack where theres not much to do besides your pack duties sounded pretty good to him. "I have heard that fun is what you make it out to be." Xena to him seemed to be the type he liked to have fun so he had searched his brain for something to say.

Cybil observed his outstretched wing with moderate interest. The feathery ends had no use it seemed, but she was not sure how strong this wing could be used for harm. But to not to get somewhere warm, or even remotely better, she would feel weak within the hour. "I thank you, kind winged wolf." She nodded, accepting with barely any hesitation. She lowered her head, not to disturb his feathers, and took shelter underneath, since she was short length wise, it covered her nicely. "Can you fly on these?" She asked, trying to rid the awkwardness.

Expression as blank as it usally was, the male didn't show the slightest nerve about a female being in such close proximity. "As I have said before, I am not sure how kindly my master would take to me bringing him an icicle," he murmured in a velveteen voice, a carefree smile appearing upon his features. "Are you heating up quite nicely?"

"Alas, for the life of me, I cannot. These wings some would call curses. Dark wolves have them, yet they cannot even hope to touch the sky. We are truely as fallen as angels."

"An icicle?" Cybil questioned, her brow furrowing in her confusion. "Why am I called an icicle? and this is the Inferno pack, by the name, I should fit in nicely." She offered, her confusion fading away into a smile. His smile however, disturbed her in a small way, but not enough to move, he was truly warm, kindling her embers.

"Ah, you are of darkness. I have heard much of your type. But you seem...different." She closed her eyes and sighed out when she said "different'.

"Harm? Me? I do hope you perish the thought. My only cause in life is to serve my master dutifully. And as he has given me no order to harm, no harm shall befall. So that only leaves the one logical conclusion: I must, as you say, be truly delightful."
